Small, no legroom, no space for your luggage, no proper tables and chairs. The only outlet they have is in the bathroom.

Rooms are quite small. Paid to upgrade to a room with a balcony but still a very small room. Two single (quite narrow) beds pushed together. Shockingly bad smell in the elevator.

The place was very clean and central. Staff were lovely, and breakfast had a fairly good if somewhat eclectic selection of foods. Bedrooms were clean.

The hotel is located right in the center of Amsterdam! The staff was polite, the room was clean and spacious enough. The cards worked well and everything went smoothly.

The position of the plug sockets within the room was limiting, which is not as useful when you have multiple electronic devices.

Well furnished rooms, met my expectations and was a comfortable hotel overall. The location is excellent with great transport links and I would recommend this for staying within central Amsterdam.

Although the beds were comfortable, the two single beds were not standard single beds in size. They were far too narrow. I had to be very careful that I didn't fall off the bed every time I turned over. Also, there was very little room on either side of the beds to walk around. The room was a bit too small, but manageable. Really nice strong shower, with plenty of room.

Room was a bit small, and the elevator was maybe designed with Oompa Loompas in mind.

Location is fantastic. Central to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Amsterdam. The view of the square was great too.

The floor of the room was slippery and appeared extremely dirty, the bathroom faucet was broken and there was no room to lay our bags down.

Certain staff members were very rude and dismissive! My parents, me and my sister all stayed in this hotel together. My parents had got there a few days earlier and only got charged a tourism fee as told on booking.com which was fine, however when me and my sister arrived 2 days later one of the staff informed us that we had to pay a €100 deposit for the room! Which in other cases I completely understand but as stated before my parents didn’t get charged this, we tried to explain this to the staff member and he was very cruel and didn’t seem to care much about us or our problem! However we did have a lovely experience with one staff member, I’m not sure of her name but she had blonde hair and helped out when me and my sister didn’t have an adaptor, so she managed to find us one!

Amazing location!! The room was spotless, also had a balcony room which was very spacious compared to my mum and dads room which was rather small. Hotel is quite quiet considering it is on as busier square, perfect for families!

The hotel is quite cramped.. and there was a horrible smell in the hallways thankfully the rooms were great and well looked after and maintained.

Location was amazing and rooms with private bathrooms were perfect! Even on the square you could still sleep quite comfortably at night time, not too much noise.

TV didn't have all the channels it said that it had on the guide. The receptionist acted strange both upon arrival and when checking out. The room was a little bit small, and did not leave a lot of natural light in. The hairdryer had a lot of hair from a previous guest on it. The shower had a 2 in one body wash and shampoo which wasn't nice. The towels were scratchy.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean.
