Small indoor swimming pool, parking inside of the park is only for one car

The perfect place to spend time with family. The chalet was as on the picture. The boat rent just nearby. Everything you may necessary need in the kitchen. Linen included.

Our cabin was not cleaned very well upon arrival. The floors needed to be swept and there was some sort of liquid smeared all over the inside of the bathroom door. The bathroom especially had a very strong strange odour, but after a few hours of airing out the cabin the smell went away. RCN should also think about putting information booklets in each cabin as they don’t tell you a whole lot at check in, and it’s definitely a place where a lot of information is needed especially about hours of amenities, etc. There is an app that you can download that might have that information there but it seems sort of impractical.

There are lots of fun things for the kids to do, from little to bigger kids. The pool and splash pad kept them entertained for hours! Having the snack bar and restaurant on the property was so convenient. As well as the laundromat and grocery store (although the store is very overpriced). The animals too are a nice touch, our daughters lovedddd them. Our cabin was so cute, a nice deck partially covered out front and a small playground right outside.

The apartments were not as clean as we wished. Especially the floor was so dirty that we couldn’t walk barefoot inside.

Was expecting the inside swimming pool to be different (with kids / baby area). But the swimming pool was still good and it was unfortunate that it was raining so it was not possible to explore the outside much.

The appartement we stayed was very confortable and had everything we needed. I always love to have a coffee machine so that is a big plus. They were very cleaned and the apartment seemed very modern and new. It had a lot of light and space around for the kids to play ball. The entertainers for the kids were very nice and were always keen to make the kids have fun.

Unfortunately the dishwasher in our unit was not working, we told the front desk, they sent a technician he checked and said they would need to order parts, we were just there for the weekend, so we didn't feel like requesting another unit to stay in. The hotel could've offered the room exchange or a discount considering we had to hand wash everything.

The price to value was good, the property a cabin, was also pretty spacious comparing to other similar ones. The location is also really nice and peaceful, there were parks for the kids to play, and other activities, you can probably stay here with your family without needing to go into town and enjoy your stay.

a lot of spiders and spider webs on outer walls of the chalet. Please clean them up regularly. Suggestion to fit a net in the toilet and bathroom window for ventilation. Because of spiders, we cannot keep them open and there are no exhaust fans there. During cold/rainy times, limited options for kids outside. Think of some indoor play area or swimming pool with slides to keep kids engaged.

Lack of English language at the kids entertainment. Kids pool advertised to be open till 5 but closed early several times. Beds small and very hard.

RCN Zeewolde was as advertised and what we expected it to be, the lodge was clean and spacious for a family of 5. Handy shop and there were lots of play areas dotted around.

Only one tricycle with two seats, very difficult to book (the rest could be easily adapted to have an extra seat). Not many options for having lunch or dinner and quite expensive.

Nice room, playground and child's pool. The view is beautiful, the store is small but well-stocked and has good hours. Many activities for children and pet friendly. At the restaurant: Kid's meal came with a present and the manager was a really nice person. Good BBQ (with bread) tent in front of the swimming pool.

The refundable deposit of 250 Euros was a unexpected surprise (Could not find it mentioned on Booking.com site) The barrier at the entrance did not read our license plate and I had to go to the reception every time we arrived at the campsite, which was inconvenient.

Location is great and lots of cycling options. The campsite is clean and well maintained. Our accommodation was clean and well equipped.

Pillows were not very comfortable.

Well-equipped, clean, well-maintained 2-bed chalet with nice decking area for sitting outside. Great outdoor play areas for children, nice swimming pool and outdoor water area for young children, close to the beach with more play areas and good shallow swimming area but also larger area for water sports. Only a 2km bike ride into the town along a safe cycle path - nice harbour area, shops & restaurants. Good location for visiting other places like Giethoorn & Utrecht, and close to other activities for children (Dolphinarium in Harderwijk, Dinoworld in Zwolle, Hans & Gretel house near Zeewolde).
