The bathrooms were terrible. Wet all the time. Not clean at all…

Good if you just need a bed to crush for the night. I wouldn’t stay here for several days.

Entrance is kind of hard to find, dirty bathroom, no hot water in winter! Other than that everything is fine and suitable for the price. No locks given for the locker, probably we can buy/borrow from the receptionist but either way it wasnt given when I checked in.

Toilets were disappointing, hard to get warm water, takes too long, not too clean, and everything is so small. Also room is small, 4 of us shared a small room, 2 bunk beds, 1 sink and space for like few shoes on the floor. Slept next to the door, felt some wind, I was also catching some flu at the time, so everything was extra annoying to me at the time, I think heating didn't work as well at the time.

I gave them passable, since it is what you pay is what you get. I didn't pay too much for 1 night stay, so that was all I needed at the time. Good location for sure. I think girl from the staff looked very nice.

Toilets & Showers dirty & locks broken or badly closing No hot water after 10am so not able to shower Banging of doors in middle of night due to the state of the dormitory doors themselves Key card sometimes didn't work cause if you keep your key card too close to you phone or bank card......fun when people start coming in in the middle of the night 🙄 Found 1 person sleeping on the stairs

All the doors swing shut, But they slam shut. all hours of the night. You can easily hear people talking in the rooms next door. So if you want a quiet place... This isn't it.

I liked that there was only one other bed in my dorm.

There was no hot water for the shower and tap. It was freezing cold and using extremely cold water at that time was the worst experience. I stayed there for two days and it was the same for both days. Also, only two showers were in operation for the entire hostel. So, had to be in the queue for taking shower.

The location was decent as per the price. Also, the staff at the counter was friendly and helped to share things to do in Amsterdam.

I didn't like the fact that between 15 and 17 December I was awake on the streets of Amsterdam after a employee from them told me to make the booking. And after I done the booking she told me that I can't stay there anymore. And because of that mistake I ended on the streets. I told this in a email to her employer but they not even tried to apologize to me. That's way I'm doing this review now. It's not normal to behave like this in the hospitality business.

The door was difficult to open. My second night when I arrived, there was another guest in my bed. I didn't see her until i climbed up since i wasn't able to turn the lights on so as not to disturb people. I ended up sleeping on someone else's bed and dirty sheets because nobody answered at the reception. In fact they turned the phone off as I was calling

The list would be pretty long, from missing hangers or anything to storing your stuff out of the luggage, disgustingly dirty carpet and dust everywhere, no water pressure in the wash basin, so you can not wash your teeth and face properly, to the fact you have to pay 6€ on top to get a towel.

Easy to reach city centre from the hostel.

Unfortunately being on the corner of a busy road junction, the road crossing buzzer noise can become a bit jaring

The Location was superb for the attractions of Amsterdam Receptionist was very helpful in changing our room because of a semi broken window, which was fixed within 2 hours

Its a hostel so thats what you can expect. although below what I was hoping for. It is quite expensive for a hostel with very few services. Compared to other hostels at the same price it really is not great. Its Dutch so small corridors and steep stairs are part of the building.

There was a strange smell in the corridor and room, maybe because there’s no proper ventilation. There should have been a silent sign because guests are just banging the doors everytime. Sheets are clean but theres alot of trash under the bed.

Location is good. The lady receptionist is nice. Comfort room is clean and equipped with toiletries.

It was so expensive. The building itself is very old and it needs to be renewed with everything inside. The stairs are so vertical to climb that you need to pay extra attention in order not to fall down. You are lucky if you can fit into the toilet.

It is good that the property is located in the center of the city.
