The breakfast location was way too far from the actual hotel rooms and you had to walk through the WTC to reach the breakfast room. Additionally, we had one of our party in a wheelchair and the one elevator was very difficult to find, and not well signed. There were no instructions on how to get to the breakfast area beyond the first hallway, after that we had to ask directions. There was little variety in the food offered and minimal vegetarian options. If I had known the quality of the breakfast, I would have opted out of it and gone to a nearby restaurant.

Narrow room, my head bumped at the tv while crossing the room, in order to avoid falling on the bed. In order to go to breakfast, you had to walk 7-8 minutes. Poor breakfast.

Our first room was not cleaned properly. The sink in the bathroom kept getting blocked, and the fridge leaked water, we told housekeeping and nothing was done.

Close to city centre and conference facility. When management was notified of the issues of our room, after 4 days, they moved us to another room.

Room was comfy, but, It got too warm in the night & A/C would not go lower. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee, creamer, etc. Also, where breakfast is served is a ridiculous walk to another part of business center, not even part of hotel. It was a lovely dining area, just a bit of a walk.

The room cleaner didn’t arrive until 5pm which was the time we returned and wanted to use the room for an hour. So we didn’t get any service but for two nights it was OK. The mattress kept sliding off the bed. The bed was a little hard. The pillow wasn’t great.

Location was superb. I don’t think you can do better in Rotterdam. Central to everything. The style was perfect. The lounge was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I think it was the tiniest room in all my travel history. To pass the bed you had to walk sideways to be careful not to hit either a tv on the wall or your feet on the bed. And both my man and I are quite slim and small in our built

Reception staff not very friendly. When you arrive just given key card no explanation as to what is in the area and facilities offer in the hotel. Shower needs a door water comes out. Toaster needed at breakfast time and larger mugs in rooms for drinking teas and coffee.

When we got to our room the coffee/ tea tray had not been replenished had to catch the chambermaid in the morning. Breakfast was quite a walk away within the hotel and was cold and overpriced. Asked for an iron to be left in our room and it never arrived.

Secure and Modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful when you could get their attention.

Everything was great. We booked on short notice, as our flight was canceled. The staff was welcoming and the room comfortable. Check-in/check-out was very easy and fast. The hotel is surrounded by multiple restauration options, and the area is a lot of fun. There is something for everyone.

The single beds pushed together with single doonas on them and the hairdryer was almost impossible to use due to having to hold down button continuously which was not in a good position
