The room was alright but was not able to change the temperature to our climate satisfaction (not use to cold).

I knew the hotel was in a business district but hadn't expected such a lack of people and atmosphere. On the 15 mins walk to and from the ARAS arena it was deserted and a bit creepy at night.

The room was a good size and the bed reasonably comfortable. The shower was powerful and body wash and shampoo were provided. It was quiet in our room which was surprisingly as we were on the junction of two roads and there was a lot of construction work going on across the road. Metro station 5 mins away and train station 15 mins away was handy for trips into the city and to the airport.

A extra couple of pillows would of been nice and some bath robes. Limited English TV channels.

Hotel could use a refurbishment. For example, the floortiles in bathroom were fixed/repaired with silicone sealant.

the hairdryer was really bad and the shower flooded if you took a longer shower which wasn't ideal, however we were able to cope with this and didnt take away from the overall experience.

location was 10 min walk to station with the trains able to take everywhere we needed, close to bars and food aswell as a supermarket. In addition the room was very clean and exceeded expectations

The shower door leaks lots of water. It’s a 10 minute walk to the station to get into Amsterdam central but that’s not too bad

However, the trays of food and bread for toast was not adequately stocked. The food was lukewarm so by the time we got to the table the food was already going cold Housekeeping was not great. Fresh bag was put in the bin, but the old bag was left in the room alongside our luggage. Coffee/tea was refreshed, but only 1 clean cup was provided even though a double room was booked. When we asked for a second cup at reception we were refused. The iron in our room was broken and replaced with another which was also damaged after being made to feel that we had caused the damage. Staff customer service at reception and the breakfast room was variable, quite poor

The bathroom had glass walls which was kinda weird, but you could only see the outline of the person inside.

Very nice fresh rooms, comfy beds, nice staff, great AC. Nothing extraordinary, but it was definitely good!

No shampoo, only soap. They don't care about refiling the body wash container before chek in. We had to pay for amenities like toothbrush. No complimentary water. Not a very clean hotel.

The Hotel provided a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and modern amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The hotel has a vending machine that accepts 10 and 5 euro notes. The breakfast was great. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable.

The room cleaning and makeup service was not good at all. We went out with "clean my room" signs and came back to both rooms not properly cleaned. Bathroom floor had hair, beds were not fully made. Coffee and tea sachets were not refilled. Even a 2 star hotel should not such horrible clean up service. Also the bathroom design is horrible. Walls are semi transparent. I don't want my family to see my silhouttee while I am shitting. I cannot think of a single person who would be comfortable using such a bathroom where you can easily see through and there is no lock. Bathrooms need to have privacy as basic human decency. These two flaws made me question the value and rating of the hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable as shown in images and described. Nothing was amiss. Every amenity listed was present and made our check in very smooth and comfortable. Perfect first impressions and ideal location considering access to local public transportation.

2 keys per room, Option to pay cash, a better choice on TV when I am in my room in ENGLISH. Have a smoking floor.

Rooms were good but they dont give 2 keys as you need 1 to operate the lights etc or it goes off in 1 minute. You have a fridge in your room but if you leave your room, electricity goes out so your stuff you hope keeps cold

In some places, it wasn’t clean. The base of the bed, the carpet and the drapes had small residues of semen and who know what else. Although the bedding was very clean.

The location is perfect if you want to stay somewhere quiet and chill. Corporate offices are in the area and it’s not very crowded. We chose this location based on proximity to Ziggo Dome, we visited Amsterdam for a concert.

We heard the next room arguing every morning and slamming doors. Room was not cleaned during part of our stay, Nothing directly around the hotel, no restaurants or shops.

We stayed for 6 nights & the housekeeping service was not up to the mark.

The location is convenient. The 25 min metro ride that takes you to the Central Station is only a 7 min walk away from the hotel.

We were not informed that the restaurant would be closed during our stay. Therefore, on our first night, after checking in at about 6pm and expecting to be able to eat in the restaurant, we had to go back out to find somewhere to eat. Had we known in advance, we would have eaten before checking in or would have been more likely to have not booked the hotel at all, knowing that we were intending to eat dinner there on day one at least.
