It was all good - bar the long ish walk from our room to pool but it is a bit hotel. Cant comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel.

Staff we spoke to were very polite, able to help with our enquires and really efficient. Pool and steam room/sauna were definitely a bonus - good supply of towels and excellent facilities. I felt that it was good value for money. Also liked the fact that I felt our bikes were secure. Location was good for where we needed to be and wanted to go - easy ride into town on the bike too and in a quiet area.

The location is a bit off, so the price should be reduced a bit. I paid the price including breakfast, but unfortunately I needed to check out earlier so I missed the breakfast. If you could offer a light snack/meal to take away for this kind of case, that would be awesome. Kindly also provide a bottle of water in the room for courtesy.

The staff are super friendly. I truly appreciate the exchanges / talks with mr shivas at the reception while I was waiting for my ride. The hotel is bright and clean. All is well.

Location of this hotel is rather country area. It is not easy to find the restaurant close to this hotel.

The property has a cold appearance, it could use more flower landscaping, maybe collaboration with nearby flower farmers. Because it’s a congressional like hotel doesn’t mean it needs to be cold! Other than that it’s central to the nearby city and beach !

Could not park close to building or use closer door when unloading / loading luggage. Long walk to get to elevator for our building.

The staff was friendly and especially helpful when we needed a way to get to the parade. The room and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent and food was good (although a little expensive).

The diner menu was quite limited.However, I had the chicken satay, which was nice. Great all you can eat and drink Chinese restaurant 5 mins walk. The swimming pool was closed during the afternoon for children swimming lessons, which was a little disappointing

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Great choice at breakfast . 20 mins drive from The Keukenhof If you stay more than 1 night and don't want your room cleaned you get a free drink which was a great idea.

Dogs barking, maybe they should be in a designated part of the hotel. Being woken up by dogs left in a room while the owners went for breakfast is not acceptable.

Rooms were a bit outdated and lack of ventilation in upper floor. Requested a fan and provided broken one twice. My assistance dog was challenged to enter the restaurant area despite having written confirmation of the hotel he could and was properly signaled as a service dog. Staff wasnt the most helpful or nice in general. Despite having 7 people in reception during the day and multiple shift managers, i found myself having to chase them for an extra towel, or the broken fan, or just waiting extra long while they took their sweet time for a simple question.

The blinds in our room did not work and one widow was difficult to open. We asked for it to be fixed but nobody came. One of the staff at the reception was very slow to react and seemed rather lost.

Pets were allowed and that is OK except for the dog next to our room that barked for over an hour in the morning hours. Room was very stark - reminded us of a hospital room with no decoration or warm homey feeling. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and met our needs but very plain. We were told breakfast was only for tour groups - with being outside of the city, it would have been convenient to have been able to have breakfast on site.

Beautiful property away from the city. Free parking was a nice amenity. Very clean with a very welcoming reception area. Nice gift store on sight. Bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Was a bit surprised to see a small basket for a dog in our room, and to hear the occasion bark from the corridor.

There was a lot to like about this hotel, especially the beautiful view of trees and birdlife from our room. Could open window and hear bird song. Comfortable bed. Tissues and hand cream provided in the bathroom. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Plenty of free parking on site. Pleasant, helpful staff. Free lollies, doughnuts, and drinks available when checking in was a nice touch, welcoming, and very much appreciated, as was the inflated bouncy castle, and games provided.

that we stayed only one night :) . The hotel is big and spread into several buildings so it was rather confusing to find our room and afterward from our room to the lobby.

Free croissant and tea on the hallway so that we can grab a simple breakfast. The hotel is on the Dutch flower route so there were stunning views from across the hotel with multi-colors tulips and hyacinths.

The check in lady wasn’t friendly and gave us wrong information even she didn’t explain anything about how we go to pool or use the facilities there . She charged my credit card double and she didn’t even apologise

A spaciously set up hotel with masses of car parking, open and airy throughout, including the bedrooms. Bedroom had a spacious shower cubicle, a bath and tea+coffee facilities. Perfect location for us, visiting family. Bed was super comfy. No meals taken in the hotel. We have stayed here many times before and the gym is good too. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come over.

Its a bit off the beaten track hence you would only use the hotel facilities. We used public transport to see the area and there is work going on nearby which affected our plans.

Road closures leading to the hotel and very poor signs to indicate where to go. Spent ages going a short distance. We could see the hotel but couldn't get to it

Hotel lobby support was not around to ask questions.. Bike rentals offer 24 hour rentals but then if bike at property the app/system is programmed to END the trip.. when in fact we wanted it for 24 hours to be able to come and go.. we had to 'lock' the bike at the road and hand carry bike to hotel to fake out the app. Cost was extremely expensive for what it was..
