The staff were really friendly and helpful - in fact they personified the friendly & relaxed atmosphere of Utrecht - a fantastic city. I loved the style of the room and the huge windows with the view over the square. The location was spot on, in the hub of it all only a short walk to almost the entire city!

There is nothing we would change. The swinging chair was fun. Perhaps one more comfy chair for the second guest.

The location was terrific, easy stroll from the train station, great location for exploring. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early. Luggage was stored while we went off for lunch and already placed in our room when we returned. Petals were strewn on our bed and a lovely note was written acknowledging that we were there to celebrate our 50th anniversary two years late! Several times staff mentioned our anniversary throughout our stay. Both the city and the hotel were beyond our expectations! We recommend without reservation.

I felt that the bikes should have been free for guests to use. The ones that we provided for rental were a little rough for wear… poor brakes and my husbands bike kept shifting out of gear. When we asked about getting a little more air in the tires the staff told use to stop at a bike shop (only after we came back did we see the air pump inside the entrance). Overall we had an amazing time and the staff were friendly!

The Mother Goose is as cute as its name. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect. The staff is exceptional. They were all very helpful and friendly. Having a place to park was great. A place we will definitely return to.

The bathroom is partially in the room (sink in the entry), very charming but maybe not appropriate for everybody. However, it was ok for us.

Had to have the AC on as we couldn't open the window. Wasn't a lot of room for luggage.

Lovely staff, beautiful room and exceptionally clean. Located in the heart of Old utrecht within walking distance from anything and everything. Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its staff!

Location of hotel is ideal, overlooking a lovely square. Room was very comfortable & very quiet even though our room was looking out over busy square. Staff were very nice. Would recommend Mother Goose to everyone.

the shower drain was clogged terribly.

If you stay a few nights breakfast can be boring as every day you will get the same set. Fruits were a bit off and coffee could be better (general capsule problem).

There was nothing not to like - everything was fantastic

We were offered an unprompted free upgrade which was fantastic - we had the Grey Goose Suite - room 203 - superb view of the square - beautifully decorated with a separate bath and shower - we loved it. The staff were always extremely friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for you. The Mother Goose breakfast was fabulous and well worth trying - enjoy your stay!

😊I loved everything.

Mother goose is located near everything yet very quiet. All the staff we met were awesome and very helpful with everything we needed. I also loved the interior design and that they thought of everything that would make us feel at home.
