Occasionally the pipes in the bathroom released an unpleasant smell and when it got too hot outside it was very difficult to keep the room cool.

Perfect location just a short walk from anywhere in Amsterdam. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodating when we arrived!

We really liked the place, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The city centre is about an hour's walk away.

The temperature was a little too warm, with no way to turn down the heat. but opening the windows cooled the room down adequately.

This apartment was located within walkable distance to many sights in Amsterdam city. it was very spacious and great to have two beds. The owners were very accommodating and stored our luggage before and after check-in. Also the neighbors were delightfully friendly!

the location was great, near to the museum area, down the road from the tram stop and lots of places to eat and drink nearby. the host was very helpful and even let us leave our bags there the next day after check out. it was very warm even during December. spacious

The phone number on the booking.com app does not work. Difficult to get a hold of. Did not always answer messages via Booking.com/email.

Small basement with low ceiling and pretty basic amenities. Not even a microwave provided. The room is worth for £50/ night…. We paid about £400… just a massive rip off…

It was possibly the worst air bnb I have stayed at. Just a big hall separated by 3/4th of a wooden wall to make it into 2 rooms. The bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly. The pillows were probably decades old as they were so lumpy. Instead of a comfy couch there were benches. You could either sit on them ( good luck as the depth was so less) or sit on the bed behind the wall and feel like you are in a claustrophobic space.

Contacting the landlords was very difficult. We had spoken over the app prior to arrival about leaving our bags at accom before check in and we were told to arrive at 10 and we did, however no body answered the door nobody was home. When we contacted the number attached to the accommodation, the phone number was some body else’s, not the landlords, it was very frustrating!

It was very clean, good area, very vibey, beds were comfortable!

One of our most enjoyable holiday stays, Luna’s Hideaway is located in a beautiful area of Amsterdam. So easy to walk to the main attractions and surrounded with good restaurants and bars.

The ceiling is very low. The air in the room is not good, don’t want to imagine in the summer (way too warm). Window frames need cleaning. The shower could be more attractive. It can get noisy. It needs some tlc overall.

Only down side would be the shower, could do with some TLC. A microwave would be a great addition given there is no means to cook.

Lovely Decor and very clean overall. Perfect location, super close to the Metro so 2 minutes into the centre. Lovely Hosts!
