The location was great! Central to everything. Easy to commute to and from. Great cafes nearby.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a small table to sit at and enjoy a cup of coffee. There were also no dishes or glasses provided. Additionally, we noticed that the floors, shelves, and shower head could have been cleaned more thoroughly. In the bathroom, there was no place to hang clothes, and there was only one towel rack, even though the room was for three people. There was also no space for suitcases, but since we only had a couple of backpacks, this wasn't a problem for us.

We stayed in a triple room. Although the space was a bit tight, the mattresses were comfortable, and the bed linens were clean. Towels were changed regularly. Our room was on the ground floor, so we didn't face any issues with the steep stairs that some other guests had mentioned. The room was equipped with a kettle, microwave, hairdryer, and TV. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions, yet it is situated on a relatively quiet street. The staff was very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The price-quality ratio is reasonable, making this hotel a great choice for those who want to explore the city and need a place just to sleep at night!

Perfect for a short stay in a a great area. The rooms are small but as mentioned for a 1/2 day stay its all you need. The staff was very helpful, I left my in the hotel room after checkout and they rang me for me to go back and collect.

The hotel needs to be decorated throughout as it was looking a little tired . The stairs are very steep,but that is to be expected .

Friendly staff . Clean room . Bathroom facilities were enough , and the fan in the room was very welcoming . Towels changed daily . The hotel was quiet with no disturbing noise, and we had a good night's sleep the whole of our stay.

Room needs some TLC, bathroom bracket hanging off the wall, drains smell a bit and damaged internal door. Stains on the pull out beds mattress, I think for the price we paid the room wasn't great but if I'd paid a bit less then it's exactly what I'd have expected.

Bed was comfy, great location, given lots of towels.

The hotel room has some cosmetic issues but we only used the room for sleeping. The bathroom had an unusual smell of drain but that can be sorted with a spray of air freshener before using.

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable and a large enough room for family. The head board and sofa bed were lovely. Rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were made.

The narrow steps and the lack of an elevator is wry inconvenient. Our room was very small with barely any space to move around. There was also no storage room so we had to spend almost extra $30 to store our luggages for 4 hours near the train station.

The location is the best part about the place. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. If I remember correctly I think his name was Chan or Chang. He helped us with out large suit cases up the narrow stairs and also allowed us to check in early.

The conditions of the room and the hotel entrance are far from good. There were many electrical cables over the floor which is good for charging many devices, but they vould have been arranged better e. g. fixed to the walls. The small glass shelf below the mirror in the bathroom was almost detached from the wall, and hanging such that one could not use it (see photo). One day a glass was detached from the frame of the hotel secondary entrance, and was about to fall.

1) It is 2024. It is not that hard to improve your wifi. Very slow. 2) No outlet for refrigerator. I had to move the bed, carry the refrigerator to an outlet. However, nice touch if you do not have to move it. 3) What really bothered me was the sky light. No covering and with an almost full moon, there was way too much light enterin the room. The really negative thing was at best just a lot of black dirt around the window frame or at worst there was mold growing up there.

So much potential with excellent receptionist, comfortable bed, good shower, quiet room and excellent location.

Although, the hotel was great value for money and it’s an excellent place to stay for one or two nights it might not be the best place if you are staying longer than that.
