We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsOnly thing is that the room was quite far walk from the entrance, all the way to the back of the hotel and stairs (no elevator). This was not a problem for us but can imagine this would be not ideal for some. The floor next to the swimmingpool was very slippery.
Very cosy and warm atmosphere. Warm welcome and helpful staff. Breakfast was super.

BelgiumBad noice isolation. Poor air ventilation..we have to walk pass by the corridor where the kitchen is.. you could smell all the unpleasant smell. Sadly it had to be the first impression when you enter through the hotel area. Then we were told that the wellness and swimming pool can be use after 7pm :( because they had private party and the chairs and tables were stored at the pool. And we came to stay at the hotel for wellness facilities..bad luck this time.
Close to the center, easy to reach. Wellness area is nice..breakfast with is excellent but we have to wait to long because it wasn’t buffet system.

Netherlandsin the 3 days before and the day after my stay i received a total of 10! messages from the hotel. All in english, although i had communicated in Dutch with them. They were urging me to do stuff i did not want to: spend more money, let me do my own check-in... so all of these (automated) messages were aimed at boosting their revenue rather than on improving my experience. It was too much and doesn't leave a friendly impression. Staff was not very helpful with questions about the safe and other things in the room that lacked proper information...

GermanyStaff was friendly and helpful and very efficient, food and breakfast were fine, maybe lacking a bit of character and taste , everything seemed a bit flat and over cooked somehow. Can get noisy at weekends in the summer - there seems to be a disco in the neighbourhood? Choose a room on upper floors. Bit too far to the sea and beaches. Takes 30 min driving at least and then you end up with no parking spaces or need to pay € 50 for a ticket.
The perfect accommodation if you look for a central location to explore Zeeland for a few days. But you have to be aware that you stay right in the middle of a small but rather lively town. You can sit on the market square for breakfast and watch the market stalls setting up and tourists walking by , but it also means that you reside in a bit of an hang out area at night. if that is what you are looking for - well you are at the centre of it ! Great amenities - wonderful bed , great flat screen tv and hey a first - a double shower unit ! Even a pool and steam room in the atrium.

RomaniaYou don't have parking, and in the centrum parking I can said I pay a lot for one day and half 25€ for parking for my it's much. And also what I see I little expensive it's the dinner food, what also I pay like 75€ for 2 portions food what after one hour I'll go again to eat in the city 😅 but in the rest everything perfect.
I stay already one time in the hotel and I like it , the room it's clean, swimming pool good to make your perfect picture, good bed, breakfast ok. I'll come back for sure again 😊😊
