Lack of choices for breakfast

Location is perfect, next to the station. Room was comfortable. Everything just wonderful.

We called and asked for late check out, particularly because I had mobility issues and the Receptionist said it was available and confirmed. 20 mins after 11am another Receptionist called asking why we werent checked out, despite already reserving late check out hours before. He continued to ask us if we knew that there was a charge for that. Which we said yes... it was already discussed before and on the website. There should be better communication with front staff when they are changing shifts so that customers arent interrupted and having to repeat information.

Staff at the front desk to the restaurant were really accommodating and helpful. I had a knee injury and the staff made sure we had assistance. Will return soon.

Sadly someone had covered the smoke alarm with a sock and had been smoking in the room which caused an unpleasant smell

Had not a chance to use the pool/spa. Must do that next time to fulfill the whole info.

Pool was nice but not accessible through card when we tried. Reception wasn’t too helpful (even a bit condesending) but we managed somehow through the staff door.

Great location, very central. Wellness room was big, bath, sauna and bed were very spatious.

We’ve had the wellness suite. I was expecting to be a bit higher up, have a better view. All we could see was a building site on one side and the train track on the other. Being at lower level we could hear the trains passing. I didn’t like the minibar being empty. We got there, tired and thirsty and had not one cold drink in the room waiting for us. At least a complementary bottle of water would have been a nice touch. Little things make a big difference.

Very modern with decent room size, great location to visit Utrecht or to take the train and visit Amsterdam. The room was very clean.

The towels smelt a little funny and the air conditioner went off without a card which left the room very warm.

The hotel is located immediately outside the station which is very convenient but the area was a little rough. Rough sleepers and people breaking into bins to try and get cans.

The staff welcome was pretty cold. If you don't use the spa and don't need to be super close to the train station , then it's not great value for money.
