Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeNothing to dislike. But it would be nice to have a small table, cups (not paper cups) and spoons with a kettle to make hot drinks when we wanted. We were provided with a kettle when we asked for one, but there wasn’t the space to make the drinks. We were worried we might spill our drink. We ended up preparing our drinks in the bathroom😅
Initially I was surprised at how small the room was for the 3 of us. We were here for 3 days. But we got used to it and appreciated the cleanliness room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were flat. We loved that our room was cleaned daily as well. The hotel is located abt 2 minutes from Amsterdam central.

PhilippinesThe rooms very small no chair no table we are staying in a triple room 3 single beds with no space of our luggages if your travelling with big luggages size largeyou have to put in the toilet to open it no table under the tv no chair so no place for your small things like laptop, cp and ipad But the breakfast if good lots of choieces and excellent taste of food , but the room i dont like you can hardly walk that makes fhe stay uncomfortable but fhe location is very good beside amsterdam central station 2-4mins walk your in the city center

The room is clean and as per IBIS standards. The bathroom was spacious too and that was great for us as three women together. The common areas are great - there's a cafe, snack bar and bar which makes it convenient. Also it's literally walking distance from the station so it's petty neat because you walk out directly into the heart of the city!

The location is amazing, right at the entrance to city and right on the central station. The lobby/ bar is well designed and welcoming.
