We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe sheets were moving out from under the mattress. The blanket could have been broader for 2 persons and longer, since it also got out at the foot end. The sink was a bit stuck, so the water did not run away quickly. The bunk bed was a bit narrow.
The spaces where we could put our clothes and other stuff was just enough. The shower was good. The shuttle bus was convenient to and from the hotel.

12 min by bus and the shuttle is free. Cozy and comfortable for a night since I flew from Schiphol airport this morning. I like the aroma of the multiple purpose bathing product the group provide.

United StatesThe shower had no privacy since it was next to the bed and had to leave room to give other people traveling with me privacy to take shower and very narrow room to have three carry on luggage. The television needs to go up little higher for the person in bunk bed to see
Nice that it was so close to AMS airport. Liked the shelves and corner desk and clothes hanging area. Beds were comfortable to sleep.

SlovakiaA very good option if you need to stay overnight in Amsterdam near the airport. The regular shuttle service is a big plus for getting from/to the airport. The rooms are small, but meet this hotel's purposes and guest's needs. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport which takes about 12 to 15 minutes. The drivers are on time and this is really convenient for connections in the early hours. The first shuttle leaves around 3:22am.
