We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsLocation is a bit depressing, even for just taking a walk. There's nothing to do in the surrounding area. My suitcase received more damage (scuffs and marks) from the airport shuttle's driver than from the whole airport checked luggage process.
Large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, the couch is a nice touch. Everything was very clean. Friendly personnel (though it seems they only speak English).

We got some complimentary bottles of water as well. Good variety of food for breakfast. Very close to the airport. Few minutes by walking there is also a bus station, convenient for reaching city center.

FranceLack of pancakes for the breakfast. If you want to eat omelette it is also cost money. All the rest is fine. Not very good connection with the city if you travel without car. If you travel with car it will take 10-15 minutes to reach Amsterdam, better to go to P+К parking to visit city and use public transport then.
Everything is fine. The room was upgraded to the next category and also was a little bit decorated for my son's birthday (nice surprise), I asked for the upper floor with a view towards airport and my request was satisfied. Thank you for that. Ice for a bottle bucket is available on each second floor for all guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The services were excellent, and the reception and kitchen staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed that made for a great night’s sleep. We requested a room with a bath and the staff happily accommodated us—my son loved it! To top it off, it was his birthday, and the staff surprised him at breakfast with delicious brownies a candle, which made the day extra special. The food prices at the hotel were very reasonable, and having a free shuttle bus to the airport was a significant advantage. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

United KingdomMixed experience with reception. Initially my booking had mixed up dates and when checking in I did not have a room (my fault). Reception were quite unhelpful in advising they had no availability. A quick check on booking.com and managed to book myself in again and went to a different person on reception who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Disappointing as situation could have been resolved instantly.
Very clean and modern hotel with good shuttle service and facilities.
