Great location. The room was sufficient. Was able to book/purchase breakfast on days when I didn’t want to venture out. The breakfast was great.

The room was extremely hot and although they gave us two fans, it was not enough. The rooms don’t have air conditioners and they should. On the other hand the rooms don’t look very clean because of the old carpet.

The location was really good, close to parks, museums and food shops, and the staff was very nice.

Arrived early but got told they would make me a room ready before check-in time. When I came back with my bags they'd upgraded me to a small double. Excellent service.

It is Amsterdam and shapes of buildings and stairs are a bit weird i know. But carpet in room seems not cleaned enough. Same with sheets,etc. not a particular problem, but dusty overall room. I got severe allergies while there, and my partner got bitten by what we think are bedbugs

Nothing. I loved everything about this hotel.

Great location with all tourist sites within easy reach. Staff are very friendly & happy to help if you have any queries. The rooms were of a good size & the bed was so comfortable it was better than the one I have at home. There were fans provided which kept the room cool & sun shades on the window as well. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

There were many mosquitoes and tiny insects in the room despite the windows being closed. I got bit the whole night.

Room was warm. No AC but a fan was in the room. It was too loud to run all night. I wish they had more then instant coffee in the room.

I liked the location. It was pretty quiet. I also liked the lounge area they have. I like the toiletries. In 2 weeks of traveling, this was the only hotel that had conditioner and lotion

The room didn’t have Air conditioning, however, the window opens and there were two fans in the room. Air conditioning was not necessary on the day we visited.

Good location, close to museums, nearby streetcars to central Amsterdam and subway stop was in easy walking distance. Clean rooms with contemporary design, and most noteworthy helpful staff.

Beds weren't overly comfortable and they're were no extra pillows - but after walking around and sampling the city it didn't matter!

The bed sheet was not clean enough, it has some black stains and stinks a bit. And there's no curtain in the shower, the water has splashed overall. Bearable since we only stay 2 nights, but for an hotel with this price, I expect something better.

Wonderful location! If you're coming for the mueseums, this is the best place to stay! All the museums are 5 min walk away from the hotel. The most beautiful street of Amsterdam is directly in front of the door. There're some restaurants and café in the near. You can also take a boat Sightseeing canal cruise in the near. We had a pleasant time here!

Rooms are small and we were in a corner room where my partner hit his head a couple of times trying to get to the bed.

The room was very small and dificult to navigate for two people and luggage. It was ok for 2 nights but would have been really confining for more days.

Not the hotel's fault necessarily but the heat was extreme and the hotel is not air conditioned. We had a corner room with windows on both sides but the street noise was so loud and the lights so bright that it was very difficult to sleep. Especially hard after overseas flight and early morning arrival to the city without any sleep. They did provide a fan, which helped a bit but not so much with the windows closed out of necessity to block the noise.

The room is a bit small but we already knew that before booking the hotel.

The location is perfect, we could see the Rijks from our window. The rooms are clean and modern.

Ventilation in room was not ideal. The room was a bit airless. Opening window helped but rainy weather prevented this.

The mini fridge in the room didn't really keep the goods cold.

Very central to the city, there are amenities all around the hotel which is handy. The tram lines are just 2/3 minutes walk from the radius. The hotel staff was very kind and efficient.

Quite noisy and it was not possible to fully darken the room. Sleeping mask and ear plugs are a must.
