Rooms were a little small. I wish I had a view of the city.

Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast Lady Ms. June was amazing. Food was delicious and very presentable. The coffee area was clean and very nice, The cinamon rolls were my favorite! Kudos to Ms. June as she handle everything great. Ms. June deserves a bonus for a great job. Mr. Moe @ the desk was very helpful getting me a refrigerator. Ms. Draka @ the desk was AMAZING and very PROFESSIONAL!

The location of the hotel is awesome! Close to the museums close to leidseplein…the hotel is also very clean…and the staff are very helpful…I would recommend this place if you visit Amsterdam

Very good service in the main shopping street of Amsterdam. Very friendly and helpfull staff ... we even could get into the room around 13 hours ... rooms where great ... no noise and beds clean and comfortable.

Our room had a little bit of a musty smell to it, we kept our window open to air it out. Not a big problem however, overall we had a good stay.

Great location next to Vondelpark with easy access to the rest of the city. Great terrace and communal room to make use of. Rooms were good size and comfortable.

Would have been nice to have an air conditioner since I usually run a little on the hot side, but its kind of hard to retrofit buildings in Europe so no worries. We went in the late summer so temps were okay. THey did have a good fan in the room though.

Room location was fantastic. Near the hotel district, on the same road as a shopping area. Only 2-4 blocks away from Vondelpark and night life district. Easy foot acces and bus/tram access to Central station. The room was clean and quiet. Let us store our bags prior to check in. check out was easy. We left early so we missed the breakfast but the breakfast area and the lounge area on the second floor were cute. Loved the place.

The room was extremely hot and although they gave us two fans, it was not enough. The rooms don’t have air conditioners and they should. On the other hand the rooms don’t look very clean because of the old carpet.

The location was really good, close to parks, museums and food shops, and the staff was very nice.

Arrived early but got told they would make me a room ready before check-in time. When I came back with my bags they'd upgraded me to a small double. Excellent service.

It is Amsterdam and shapes of buildings and stairs are a bit weird i know. But carpet in room seems not cleaned enough. Same with sheets,etc. not a particular problem, but dusty overall room. I got severe allergies while there, and my partner got bitten by what we think are bedbugs

Nothing. I loved everything about this hotel.

Great location with all tourist sites within easy reach. Staff are very friendly & happy to help if you have any queries. The rooms were of a good size & the bed was so comfortable it was better than the one I have at home. There were fans provided which kept the room cool & sun shades on the window as well. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

There were many mosquitoes and tiny insects in the room despite the windows being closed. I got bit the whole night.

Room was warm. No AC but a fan was in the room. It was too loud to run all night. I wish they had more then instant coffee in the room.

I liked the location. It was pretty quiet. I also liked the lounge area they have. I like the toiletries. In 2 weeks of traveling, this was the only hotel that had conditioner and lotion
