Your poop and pee go directly into the canal water, so it's not good to throw toilet paper in the toilet

The facilities smelled pretty bad, but I don’t know how much of that could be avoided by the staff. It is, after all, a very closed and tiny space with around 20 people using the toilets.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and extra bits available to us at night when we checked in, was a great touch. We did noy have towels, but they had a whole stack ready for guests. It was an interesting experience to fit into such a small space.

Too few showers - 2 for the entire boat. The rooms are very small. No sockets in our room.

The hosts are kind and friendly, and they give off a very warm vibe. The cabins are really small, but they are perfect if you plan to visit the city and have a cozy place to sleep. The common area is very nice as well and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

No hand soap in bathrooms to wash hands. Rooms are Tiny but efficient.

Location. Owner was very nice and so were the other guests. He played guitar during breakfast which was super and enjoyable. Nice selection for breakfast too.

It’s a smallish boat so the rooms are small. That said, this was clear in the listing so guests shouldn’t be surprised.

something to take note is that the boat is really loud. it is hard to sleep in past 8 am because the footsteps and other people are really loud because it echos.

i loved staying on this boat. it was cheap, comfortable, and friendly. However, you are staying on a boat so it’s going to be really small and awkward. if you don’t plan on spending much time in amsterdam or much time in the room this is perfect. the beds were comfy and the breakfast was good.

I wanted water at night.

There was fog in the morning, the view on the deck was incredible. Breakfast was pretty setting. Lots of complimentary chocolates. Like camping cozy experience.Wifi connection is good outside room

The attitude of the owner was disappointing, he's obviously over dealing with his business and it's location and he wasn't afraid to moan about it. A little bit scathing at points, which noone wanted to hear. Unfortunately, I got bitten in bed, so I don't know if that was from the linen or the room, but the linen was grubby and old and the towels were like rags for , the cost of the accomodation he could easily afford to upgrade the linen and the towels, shocking, the cleanliness was really disappointing, the other guests were all super friendly and fun and other than the grumpy captain and the manky sheets, I had a great stay.

Amazing , central location, on the water with incredible views of Amsterdam in completely unique accomodations, I loved seeing Amsterdam from this gorgeous old boat, the breakfast was a really good continental.
