The floor was in the process of getting new carpets so it felt unfinished

The location was perfect . Able to get a good quality hotel just one stop away from central for a much cheaper price than in the centre. Room was lovely, airy and clean , bed very comfortable, found it hard to get out of it . Breakfast was perfect , not listed in the ad is there is scrambled eggs and lovely little herby tomatoes , plenty fresh pastries, Bread, rolls cold meats and cheese , pastries , jam, chocolate , fruit and yoghurt , tea, coffee and little muffins and a very nice tropical juice, my partner enjoyed the orange juice . Spar supermarket literally attached to the building where you can get a litre of wine for 5 euros, result. Restaurant outside to the left looked nice , didn’t try but menu looked good . Station literally a hop skip and jump with one stop to central .

The bed was springy. Any movement on one side can easily affect the other half.

Some areas need an upgrade. Could have had more leaflets and maps for tourists.

Easy reach of venues, as close to trains, trams, metro and bus. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Restaurants nearby.

There was no safety deposit box, no telephone, and no refrigerator inside the room. The bedside table was so small and had no drawers. We stayed for 10 days in this hotel, and breakfast choices were limited, typically the same food every day. Good for 2 to 3 nights stay and not longer.

The hotel is next to Sloterdijk Station, which made it easy for us to travel from the airport to the hotel. Convenient connection to the Central Station, where we started most of our daily tours. The hotel staff were nice and helpful .

The same type of breakfast and a very small set of dishes Dust and stains on interior items No refrigerator in the room No safe in the room Sound insulation is poor: passing traffic can be heard The air conditioner works unpredictably, as it could not regulate the temperature at some time and the room became hot and stuffy There was an adjoining room next to it, in which strangers lived, and the soundproofing between the rooms was poor

The hotel is situated very close to a station giving easy access to the airport and central Amsterdam, but the location otherwise is quite distant from attractions.

Staff were so helpful, room very comfortable. There is a restaurant under the hotel which was helfpul, and a Spar next door which was good to have on hand.

The staff was very uninterested, a little rude and irritated with check-in.

The room was pretty specious and clean. The bed was good. And a great view over Amsterdam. Located right at Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station which was perfect.

The snack and drinks were overprized (eg. a 30g bag of popcorn cost approximately €3.50, a 500ml bottle of water cost over €5).

The hotel location was ideal for Amsterdam and region travel (10/15 minutes to get to the city centre). Even though the hotel was located by the train station, it was quiet. The bed was comfortable for a good night sleep after visiting various locations. The bedroom and the bathroom were good size rooms. We were pleased with the premises cleanness. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options to suit different tastes and preferences. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

In breakfast time, the scrambled egg was very dry and should have been cooked properly.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was 2 minutes walk to metro station and bus terminal. the room was very nice, spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. but the most important of all were the staff who were very accommodating, nice and very helpful especially office manager Mr Yasar Rasheed and Mr Zafran ( I hope I spelled it right).

We arrived early at the hotel. Waited till 15:00to do the check in. The room wasn't ready and waited another 1hour. The second night we had a fire fals alarm at 4am, we went out of our rooms and a few minutes later were informed that was a fals alarm. The second morning we went out at 8:am at return at 18:00 the room wasn't cleaned that day and weren't clean towels in the room.
