horribly overcharged for food. 32 euros for a cup of coffee and a hot chocolate. also got charged for 3 rooms instead of 2. they corrected that quickly. Room was nice. people were nice. but not worth 250 dollars a night for each room.

There were no real vegan options at breakfast, even though we let the hotel know at the time of reservation that we eat a pant-based diet. We could have toast with jam, and that's it. There were cereals, but no plant milk or anything to eat them with, not even margarine, only butter, very few veggies, and absolutely no baked beans, hummus or other spreads. But! After we let the staff know about our problem, they immediately escorted us over to the morning buffet of the other part of the hotel, where they were much better equipped with multiple types of plant milks, baked beans, guacamole, nut butters, etc. So all turned out fine in the end!

We visited Amsterdam for a concert, and were looking for some simple accommodation close to the venue. This hotel fit the bill perfectly: comfortable, quiet, clean, affordable and the staff was friendly and helpful, too.

We had problem with air conditioning, the temperature didn’t rise and it was cold inside. Our friends had the same problem in their room. It was a bit dusty in the room.

The hotel locates not far from metro station, the room and breakfast is nothing special, but Ok. There is a kettle and an iron in the room. Also there is a small area in the lobby where you can buy some snacks and drinks any time.

No milk provided in the room with the tea and coffee. Elevators can take a long time to arrive. Really expensive, possibly due to the concert at AFAS Live.

This is a very good hotel, just a short walk from Bijlmer ArenA Station. Friendly staff on check-in and check-out. Very nice sized room on the 10th floor, with tea/coffee facilities, big bathroom with comfortable shower. Really comfortable bed. Really quiet surroundings so I slept well. Free WiFi available. I liked the bar area, with an okay selection of beers. I stayed here for an event at AFAS Live which was very close by. The whole area is really nice and safe, with the Johan Cruyff Arena , bars and restaurants all a short walk away.

The location was brilliant as we had tickets for the AFAS Arena. The room was basic but had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included and was very good. The bathroom had all the toiletries, a hair dryer and lovely soft towels.

Two rooms has been booked, but even that requested, not side by side. One with nice view and one bacically without. At least at the same floor. Quite expencive parking at the hotel. Near by public location is way more affordable.

I lost my good silk nightie. It must’ve got caught up in the bed linen when the cleaner changed my sheets. Staff weren’t very helpful about finding it. Very sad to lose it.

I got what I’d expect from this type of accommodation. I was close to the train station which made it easy to get to the city each day.

No dislikes to be honest as it was only a shorth stay.

The location was very good as we were attending a festival at reggae lake. The transport in the area was great and we could easily get into central station. The free breakfast was also a good addition. The hotel is very clean and modern. Bar and coffe on level 1 as well as self service shop.

The hotel is located close to the station so you have quick access to the airport using the train, and to the city centre using the metro. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cold breakfast which is included is good and enough to start the day.

We stayed here as we were going to a concert in the ziggo dome. The location was perfect, a short walk(less than 10 mins) from the train station and less than 10 mins from ziggo dome. It was lovely to not have to get onto a packed train after the concert. 20 mins from the airport via train

Location is prefect for wherever you want to go to city, we got our bus to Belgium (Brussels) from right out of the hotel. It was an amazing location
