Be sure to remember that bus line number 455 get you back to the train station which allows you to make you very quick day trips to other small and beautiful town

We loved everything about this property, especially the owners the farm itself the amazing breakfast served as well as other no charger amenities. Or hopeless to return someday as it’s like being home away from home.

What’s not to like. No complaints at all. It was excellent.

Hoeve Buytenhout is one of the best B&B’s where we have ever stayed. It is very tastefully decorated. Our room was very large (and apparently not the largest). The bathroom is also very big - especially for a Dutch property. The bed was super comfortable although I didn’t like the pillows - but that is a personal choice. It is super quiet - we didn’t hear the other guests at all. The dining room is beautiful. And the breakfast was excellent (bread, croissant, eggs, bacon, french toast, charcuterie, cheese, homemade yoghurt bowl with jam, fruit and granola, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea). Amazing. All served at our table. We felt very spoiled. We didn’t need to eat again until the evening. The exterior of the property is really nice. Beautiful planting, seating areas and the canal right at the end of the garden. We will definitely have to visit again in the summer to enjoy the exterior. Keep up the good work. You have a beautiful B&B with an excellent service.

This lovely b and b is in a beautiful quiet farm setting. It’s all new and modern and super clean. Kim is the friendliest host ever. Custom made breakfast was delicious. I can see why is won the best b and b in the Country for 2024.

Perfect all round. Short walk into Delft so no need to drive into centre and try to find parking rooms modern and very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. lovely location and garden.

We struggle with luggage and stairs . There is no lift, but the staff helped us with suitcases, so we were grateful for that kindness.

Our stay here was exceptional for various reasons . We have been traveling and had stayed in 6 different places. Hoeve BuytenHout was the best we found, and it is a “find”!

I really liked the natural surroundings and farm style setting with a generous touch of elegance and perfection. The interior design of the living area and rooms speaks of good taste and style. The rooms and bathroom are very spacious and the private outdoor area is a BIG bonus with the other outdoor options already in place! The construction and outlay of the property is immaculate. The technology in the building to a very high standard. The availability of bicycles made it possible to explore beyond the property and made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was also of a very high standard and the best way to end our stay at this superior bed and breakfast!!

There was nothing to dislike

We liked everything. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. 30 minute walk into Delft. The B&B was set in beautiful surroundings and our room was furnished to a very high standard and was extremely comfortable. Would recommend without any hesitation.

Beautifully considered interiors, amazing staff making you feel very welcome. Loved the garden, breakfast and relaxed style. Everything was superb and I'd stay again so that I can explore the area more. Ideal for cycling into Delft Centre.

Lovely location, 30 minute walk away from Delft. Bedroom was very spacious, bed really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Outside, there was ample seating to relax and enjoy a drink. An excellent property and we would definitely book again.

Beautiful property, spacious room and bathroom (which is rather unique for Netherlands). 10 min ride or 40 min walk to Delft. You feel like you are on a little paradise island which you don't want to leave. Had a great time here.

Difficult to get an Uber out to the location

The mother-daughter team who run Hoeve BuytenHout have created an absolutely lovely environment in an idyllic setting. The room was spacious, quiet, immaculate and sooo refreshing. Breakfast is generous and fresh.

I only wish we stayed more! A bit expensive but honestly worth every penny.

We loved everything, the best place we stayed at during our holiday in the Netherlands. Huge room with an amazing shower and really comfy bed, spotless, really quiet. Nice quality breakfast. Friendly staff. Animals outside, beautiful plants inside.
