Trouble with the front doors out of hours, instructions not very clear and revolving door seemed to be known for being troublesome. Felt bad for staff as seemed to only be one on front desk when we were trying to get back into the hotel (at midnight) and they were dealing with another client, 3 rooms worth of guests were unable to get into the hotel due to revolving door not working when unlocked. - that's not anyone's fault in particular, just a shame there was technical difficulties!

Great facilities, good size rooms and very clean. Staff very friendly and attentive when we checked in, would be happy to help with any queries or questions during our stay - booked a taxi for us and was very straight forward and quick to arrive. Restaurant and communal spaces looked very welcoming and comfortable, there was also some quieter areas to go and work in if necessary. Room was very comfortable with a balcony, good temperature.

It's about a 40 minute walk into town, although there is a bus stop about 5 mins from the hotel

It is a big hotel with plenty of space everywhere (rooms, reception, restaurant, parking) and the restaurant breakfasts and dinners were excellent. With a travel pass, it is also very easy to access Amsterdam to the east, Zaanse Schans to the north and Zandvoort to the west

We did not have enough wardrobe space for our clothes, compared to the size of the room, the available wardrobe space is tiny

The Spa was exceptional! I wish it was open until midnight!! it was the reason I was at the hotel at 8 pm every night! The building was so quiet while there were a lot happening (different meetings/ ceremonies) in the hotel. The room was clean every time like it was brand new room!

The toilet paper was hard... would definitely suggest they find a new supplier or brand. One of us fell on the escalator trying to get her luggage to the first floor. The elevator didn't seem to be accessible without the key card and that had been turned into the front desk at checkout. She had a significant injury to her hand which could not be treated because of our train tickets.

We liked the lounging areas throughout the hotel and also enjoyed the bar for grabbing coffee or a drink. I had read that the pillows were hard, but they were very comfortable, so maybe this was addressed by the hotel before our visit.

Very comfortable hotel on the edge of the city, within easy walking distance of the centre. Rooms are large, very clean and have really comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking on site easily accessed and secure. Restaurant is very good, great food and service, breakfast has a lot of choice ! Yes we would stay again on return to Haarlem.

The bed was very soft, both woke feeling hurting in our backs. They was a mix up over we thought breakfast had been paid for, but it wasn't. The desk on checkout were very unhelpful, we had room service the first night which was taken off the card straight away, but at checkout we were asked to pay again, which we did !!

Not much to not like except it was not walking distance to the old town in Haarlem. But ubers are plentiful and not expensive. The area around the hotel is a bit rundown.
