We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very lovely spot with excellent staff - the man who checked us in was helpful, friendly and accommodating and Imke was a real sweetheart on Sunday! The only negative thing was an issue with hot water Saturday night but we told Imke Sunday morning and she sorted immediately. It's an older home with lots of character and charm, and very well maintained, but those things happen now and then with older properties. We were on the ground floor in room 1 and even though it faced the street, it was extremely quiet. Would def stay again as we were walking distance to so many things. The parking garage the partner with was also close by and easy to use. Thanks to the Willem team for a very pleasant experience.

New ZealandOne of the rooms we booked had no floor covering, and was sticky under foot from prep chemical for a new carpet that was due to be laid soon. We ought to have been advused in advance, so we could have made alternative arrangements if we wanted.
The welcome, facilities, the rooms, the breakfast room and garden were all fantastic. Safe bike storage in enclosed garden.

Switzerland- the bathroom is directly attached to the room - good! -but the sound isolation could be better. It is just an old sliding door that more or less hides the view.
+ wonderfully decorated and equipped room + most beautiful and relaxed breakfast lounge you can imagine + right in the heart of the city, close to the station and central parking facilities + friendly staff + we had a room for three (people) booked - and had a large double-bed and a proper single bed - everyone had a very comfortable sleep :-)
