The coffee at breakfast has to be improved. The automatic coffee machine really doesn't cut it.

Really like the location and the quiet atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I regularly visit the area and it is my preferred location to stay.

The bed is too soft. Noise from windows shutting in the building. My shower knob could only turn to max 32°C and not 38°C.Was it done on purpose? Therefore my shower was not warm.

A wonderful green setting with views of the woods and far beyond. There is a pool.

The location was a bit far from Nijmegen. The room itself was also a bit old, and we had a room in the basement which got stuffy quite easy.

The pool was really good. Diner was nice, breakfast was good. The location was excelent, if a bit too far outside of Nijmegen. I would reccomend coming here, expecially if you can find a good price (<100EUR)

Our room was right in front of a banging hallway door. Other guests had to use that door and from early in the morning the door was banging every so many minutes.

We came in late and were woken up abruptly between 8 and 9am to construction (hammering, drills, etc.) going on in the room next door. I poked my head out to find out what was going on and was told that they were changing out a light fixture next door. It would have been polite if they waited until checkout to start this work.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was easy and pleasant.

For a 4-star hotel, the towels are scratchy and thin, and the bathroom facilities are sub-par. This property seems to be an old-style resort that has only partially renovated. It's very expensive for what you get in your room.

The nature and location are very peaceful. Great breakfast (but no toaster). Comfy bed and pillows. Late hours for indoor pool was nice. Great terrace to have a drink and relax over the greenery.

The TV remote control was sticky and dusty. I could hear the TV from the room next door, due to poor insulation. Something that should be written on Booking is that the pool is reserved between 14.30 and 19.00 for swimming lessons. I didn't like that the sauna and hammam were not free, usually you can book an hour for free to use it in every other spa hotel I've been but not this one. I couldn't change the room temperature and it was really warm. I didn't dare to open the window as I was on the ground floor. The hotel and restaurant employees were not friendly. I understand that there is a staff shortage, but in the restaurant when I asked to have dinner by the window, I was told no because they didn't have the time to clean the table yet. Which was done 10 minutes later, but I wasn't offered to seat where I wanted. The food was passable. My plate was cleared after the meal but no one checked to ask if I wanted a dessert or a drink so I went to the counter to pay and went to my room. At breakfast, I waited to have one of the staff members tick my name so I could enter the breakfast room but no one showed up so I checked my name myself. The food was ok. At the checkout, I wasn't even asked how was my experience. It seems that the staff does not really bother. This is the first and last time for me. The hotel especially the carpet could be redone.

The location is great and it is easily reachable by bus. The room was mostly clean and the bed comfortable. The hot stone massage was really great.

Breakfast was good. The staff took care that i had a lactose and glutenfree breakfast. A charger for electric cars was on their premises.

I did not get the type of room, which I booked over booking.com. The staff claimed I had booked a different type than what was in the confirmation E-Mail. Thus the bed space was not good. We had to wait half an hour for the room "to be cleaned", but even the bed table had a layer of dust and the room mirror had stains.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was really nice with a lot of vegetation around and still near to Nijmegen. The rooms are big for the price and well equiped.

The location is wonderful, right at the starting point of a number of beautiful walks. The hotel is an updated version of a country hotel, of which there are a number in the area. Breakfast is good, staff helpful and the hotel is very good value for money. It has a restaurant with limited options, and there are convenience products in use, but for a hotel it's an okay restaurant. Very spacious rooms, all with a balcony.

We were staying at the hotel and due to attend funeral service at nearby crematorium on Thurs 3rd Mar. The hotel booked taxi previous night Wed for 10:00am Thursday pickup to arrive at nearby crematorium at 10:30( 10min journey) Taxi arrived 20 mins late. Reception staff were unhelpful. Taxi driver was rude and ignorant when she did arrive and for the journey. End result was our family missed start of funeral service. Poor reflection on service overall. Message to Mgmt to sort out your front desk and replace your preferred taxi company

Very very old hotel. Seems that hasn't been renovated for decades. Cleanliness level is not acceptable for a 4 stat hotel Room didn't have fridge no slippers Dirty floor as the carpet was covering the whole floor and it was smelling.

Personnel was uninterested or not-well trained. Some of them were unfriendly and uninterested. Breakfast was substandard (not too fresh croissants and eggs).

Situated in a very calm and beautiful environment. Direct from the entrance, you can make very nice walks through the hills and woods.
