Really overpriced stay! We booked an expensive suite, and that is not at all what it felt like. + Spacious room, +pool included, +good breakfast, + friendly staff in the breakfast area - very dark interiors. -Not very clean- cigarette ashes dropped from the rooms above, landing all over our outdoor-space and table! -No shampoo, -few towels, -no fridge (in a suite!) -The reception staff didn’t seem too happy to work there. - although there was a private parking you had to pay about 7,5 €/ day -

The room and bathroom lights are so dim and very depressing with a dull Wall paint. Please make at least the bathroom lights more brighter!

Lack of parking place, when you come home late. The food in the restaurant was a bit disappointing. Good personel though.

The restaurant is dis-organised. We have witnessed a few wrong orders, each table is handled by many different people (all very pleasant) and I was surprised to be called late at night from the reception to inquire if I had paid the bill.

Overall, the hotel is OK, but the value for money is not there when compared to other hotels. Swimming pool with a flow is a plus.

The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear everything from your neighbor. So there was a group of young people who were loud every night until late, that we had to go to the reception to ask if they could do something about it. In terms of sleeping peacefully, it is then a little more difficult if you have really loud neighbors. Our room also smelled like smoke. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner for washing your hair.

Family room worked well for us with separated second bedroom big sunny balcony and in a quiet location within the hotel. Did not take breakfast as to expensive for a family with 3 children to have everyday in the hotel. Location was great. Quite yet only 5 minutes walk into the centre of the village and at the foot of the dunes. House cleaning staff on our floor were very friendly and good.

General comment Room was ok although it could use some new refurbishing and the tempature was too high at nights. Breakfast was good and the location of course perfect but you need a car. Dinner at the restaurant is good although a little on the price for certain dishes. Overall it is a pleasant stay with friendly staff but you should keep in mind that to me personally, the hotel is a little worn out and could use a bit of paint and reparing.

Dust on the walls, so the room could use a good cleaning.

The superior 2 person room with double bed has lots of space, bed is comfortable. Bathroom with shower also very spacious. The ground floor terrace has only a view of the parking lot, but we didn't mind not having a view. Breakfast buffet hours are very good (6:30-11AM) and so is the assortiment of hot and cold food. Lunch in the restaurant was tasty. Decent prices.

Crumbs in the cabinets, staff was extremely slow (not just one of them but every one of them we met) & parking was too small (we bought a parking ticket but when I came back in the night after the party we went to there was no parking space. It was expensive compared to the quality we received.

Location was nice, staff friendly, room spacious & bed comfortable.
