Very handy location by the train station. Great bedroom. However it might be a bit awkward to share a room with a friend as the shower isn't totally closed off the bedroom.

Mattress back-achingly soft and very bouncy Main road outside a little noisy even with window shut net curtain looked, smelt and felt a bit dusty water pressure in shower a bit weak

I booked a room that I saw in the pictures but they gave me a old room on the back of property. Very noisy. Doors slamming all the time, trucks outside, construction. After I complained they gave me a better room in the new area of the hotel completely different. I didn’t get what I booked and paid for. The staff was very helpful. As soon as I complained they relocate me to a new and better room.

Excellent located Hotel, walking distance into city and close by to train station. Rooms spacious and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional and plenty of variety and for all food tolerances too.

Excellent location near the town and the train station. Easy to get to the nearby beaches of Nordwijk and Katwijk by bus. Comfortable and spacious room. Leiden is a really nice town.

Excellent location, short walk to train station and cab stand, buses and the Jumbo supermarket. Restaurant with good menu, quality offerings. I have stayed here several times for work, and it is consistently comfortable and convenient. Very quiet.

My room overlooked the car park at the back but in fairness I had asked for a quiet room. I do like reading in bed and I seem to recollect that a stronger bedside light would have been great. I like a small paper map of the area to get my bearings so I don't have to stare at a phone.

Breakfast had a great variety. The hotel was quiet and staff helpful particularly when it transpired that the trains back to the airport were not running.

For a buffet, I felt the breakfast was overpriced. It was good though.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant area were welcoming. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced. The Nespresso machine in the room was great. The breakfast was good quality.

Rooms on the south (city-) side are in the full sun and get very hot. There is airco but a sun shield at the windows would be good.

Good hotel at the Leiden central trainstation. Friendly staff. Parking close by. Kitchen OK-ish. Nice lounge and bar.

Breakfast was disappointing . Melon and pineapple every day. Awful sausages and scrambled egg - it was solid. Tough hash browns. Yoghurts were ordinary. Interesting cakes/pastries, when available. Coffee was very ordinary.

Room was cleaned every morning whilst we were out. Very close to station and town. Entertaining at breakfast time watching all the cyclists through big windows. Comfortably warm throughout hotel. Friendly and efficient staff.
