We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsHotel breakfast was below comparable priced hotel breakfasts. Also breakfast was not monitored for replenishing. Two days items ran out and after giving time we mentioned to the staff at which point they let the kitchen know. No drawers or places in room for storing clothes. Only shelves and hooks. There were enough though We stayed a week and it would have been good to have somewhere to place our underwear and anything else we’d like to not display. We stayed in a superior room so unsure if this is the case in all room types?
Staff communication and hotel public facilities were very good.

GreeceThere was no shower gel and it was not filled when we asked for. The room was very cold in the first day. After complaining to the reception, the heating was on. The breakfast was decent considering the cost. Overall, it is a decent choice, but not a "value for money".
Location is good. Very close to the city center and walking distance from the train station.

SwedenBreakfast starts at 07:00 h - a bit late in my opinion for business travellers. Most hotels I've stayed at start around 06:00 or 06:30. Receptionist at check in was luke-warm, probably a long day but it's the job and the first person the guest sees. So make an effort! :)
Breakfast had a decent spread. Dinner options were ok and service was fast. Location is about a 10 min walk from town centre but there are few dining options within a 5 min walk.

SwitzerlandNicely located a few minutes walk from pedestrian area with restaurants and shops. Hotel is nice, room is spacious with bath tub, shower gel available. No closed wardrobe, safe, water and coffee/tea available. Comfortable double bed, plugs are located in the middle of the headboard of the bed. Desk, safe. Breakfast served from 7 a.m. convenient if you travel for work has a very nice buffet well presented with a lot of choice. Dinner (restaurant is closed for dinner on Sundays but you can have drinks) has a good choice on the menu and food is tasty. Check in and out online works good . WiFi with good connection.
