We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelThe room is above a busy and noisy restaurant and street. Lighting is very dim. Restaurant is expensive. Not enough chairs, plates and cutlery for 2 adults + 2 kids to eat in the room.
The suite was very clean and aesthetically designed. The balcony is great especially with kids. Parking is easy and always available.

HungaryWe arrived late and tired - everything was shut and dark - but superfriendly lady reassured and all sorted once we found the keys to get in. First impression wasn't good but all went when we got into our room - which was the best and most comfortable in the neighbourhood,
Staff was superhelpful and kind. Made a huge difference and the place was cozy and welcoming. Room decor was contemporary and tasteful. Bathroom was greatly equipped - shower powerful, clean and modern. Supercomfy bed. Bedding, pillows perfect. Free parking is a bonus!

Very nice and tidy room with all amenities one needs during the stay. The kitchen island was very well equipped. Bathroom has Rituals products. Overall it's a great place to stay. The restaurant is top notch. Breakfast selection is adequate and great quality. Dinner was really great both times we dined there.

BelgiumAlthough nice, felt it was somewhat overpriced for the area and amenities. Nonetheless, there is not a lot of choices in the area so this was our best bet.
Very modern and well appointed. Apartment looked and felt very clean and A/C worked well. Staff was very friendly. Pitched ceilings, but large enough space that it was not too much of a bother for the taller people in my family since we only stayed there to sleep. Restaurant has nice terrace under trees that was pleasant to sit at for a drink in the evening.
