Breakfast for children was only about €3 cheaper than that for adults, which isn't much of a concession!

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location but easy to access to all areas of Amsterdam from, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, well equipped and comfortable with nice furnishings (cushions featuring famous Dutch art etc.), shower was excellent. Only had breakfast once as seemed quite expensive but it was nice, mostly continental style as to be expected although option to have eggs cooked fresh to your liking. The bar area is very welcoming and the honesty bar is a nice touch, good selection of Dutch beers available! Would stay again.

We thought the bathtub shower in the apt was dangerous for older people like us as it had no grab bars and was difficult to get out of when wet.

Amazing location, hotel was spotless and extremely welcoming. Rooms were small, but appropriate for the country/geography. Great sized shower! Breakfast was above average! Great walking area of the city. 15 min walk to great food and absolutely world class art museums - best in the world for their collections!!!

Small things: the coffee machine inside the room could use an upgrade (it was good for a short espresso, but not for a longer coffee and the pod got stuck a couple of times). I was in a bunk room which is very small, as expected, but I thought that the price was a bit high for that tiny room. Being a solo traveler, the bunk room was perfectly fine for me, but I’m not sure how two people (and their luggage/belongings) could fit in it.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet residential area, just outside of the tourist hotspots but close enough that you can reach the city center with a nice long walk, or by the convenient nearby tram. The hotel and the room were in very good conditions. The lounge area/self service bar on the ground floor were also very nice.

The elevator was painfully slow (4th floor) and the stairs are a bit treacherous (though faster).

Room was fantastic! Very comfortable, great size. The dining room out/door space was beautiful and relaxing. Wish I booked my stay for longer!

Beautiful hotel and a great neighbourhood. There are nice restaurants & cafes nearby, in addition to the museums, concert hall and Vondlepark. Easy to find from tram line 12 station. Cold AC! Comfy bed. The twin/bunk room was big enough for me as a single traveller.

Everything was so nice here! The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. The breakfast was so good and an amazing values. They also have an open "honor system" bar where you can get snacks, coffee, tea, wine, beer, etc. at any time of day. The lounge was a very pleasant area to sit and read or work on your computer. Mainly, though it is the staff that makes this place such a nice hotel to stay in. They were very helpful and pleasant.
