Shower place did not have a door or a curtain, so water spilled out near the toilet area. Toilet was not clean.

Easier if the shower has a cover or door, now the bathrooms gets a bit wet which has to be dried with the floor wiper and after with towel. Not a big issue, but it would certainly add a little more comfort

Nice hotel with rooms that offer the basics and a bit more. Temperature is easy to regulate and sounds mostly stay out, also from the streets below. Breakfast is of good quality, which is always a nice addition!

Breakfast was sufficient. Some bacon would be an addition. Coffee Cups too small, larger required. Staff were very friend and helpful at all time. This was our second time to stay at de Kooport.

The welcome was excellent. The receptionist was pleasant, efficient, attentive and most helpful. The place was smartly decorated, quiet, well maintained, relaxed and very clean. Our room was spacious. The air conditioning (despite 28C outside) was first rate. The facilities for easily and securely storing our bikes were super.

The bathroom equipment is a little rudimentory, but clean.

Fine hotel in down town Enkhuizen right next to the Koepoort. Private parking opposite the hotel. Services are good, most likely the best you can find in this relatively small town. Good (Dutch) breakfast.

The hotel rooms are dated and lack a modern touch. Bathroom lighting felt very bright which spoiled the otherwise relaxing jacuzzi bath. Funny smell in the bathroom.

Lovely staff, very big room, good breakfast and nice workout room, corner bath was lovely. The location is ideal to walk into the center leisurely.

The hotel has a top, quiet location. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Breakfast included cold and warm meals, and was tasty. Very friendly staff.

The 10 Euro/ night parking fee is a bit high, but this is the only shortcoming that I know of.

I was greeted nicely and by my name. The room was nice and quiet as always.

The only 1 thing we didn't like was the size of the room. The pictures on the website give an impression of a much larger room in which you can walk around, it is the opposite. I had to be quite creative where to put the suitcase otherwise I couldn't open the bathroom door. This is not a problem, but then mention this on the website or put different pictures so that expectations are properly managed.

The personal care and service of each staff member was outstanding, super warm, friendly and personal. We liked the cleanliness, the decoration on the walls, the materials used everywhere in the hotel. The quality of the bed is excellent. The breakfast was value for money and the staff constantly and immediately replenished any missing items.

During night you needed to close the windows due to noise in the street (we had room at the main street). We had four pillows but none of them was nice, they were all too big.

Room was very spacious. Nice bathroom with bubblebath. Brekfastroom is very comfortable. Breakfast food very good and more than enough service.

Perfect place for a visit to the town and excellent location for tour by bycicle as well. Breakfast was lavish and the hotel room, though a bit small, was perfectly organised.

The staff were really friendly and attentive to what I needed, very flexible and helping in several requests. They even helped in securing my DHL package when i had to be at work.

We missed some facilities in the room (a good table, a chair).

The breakfast selection was good at 7.00, but at 9.00 a lot of options were cleared and would not be refilled. The hot breakfast food weee a sad dry story.

There is a clock tower outside some of the bedroom windows which chimes on the hour every hour all night. I woke up every hour.

A great hotel with friendly staff in a good location with ample parking. The reception and dining area are very nicely furnished, the bedrooms are nice and functional. Very comfy beds.
