You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe hotel offers free shuttles from the airport. The hotel is part of the Marriott group. We had no idea of this until we arrived at the hotel. We waited for over an hour for the shuttle bus which comes every 30 mins only for it never to appear...or so we thought. The busses were running but just said Marriott and didn't mention Corendon at all. So we ended up spending €25 on a cab. My room was on the 7th floor and after a long day of travelling all I wanted to do is go to bed but that wasn't possible due to the music being played by the roof top bar until 1 am.
Hotel was nice enough. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was a great size but completely let down by the water pressure for the shower.

CanadaIt was fine. The upstairs bar was very funny/odd. We got there and it was practically empty and they made a big deal that we didn't have a reservation to get a drink. We had our drink and when we left it was still empty. Hilarious.
There were two different restaurants which was nice since we weren't leaving to go far to eat. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice facilities, and making up for the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere (but very close to the airport). There is also an actual airplane in the backyard (which I can see from my balcony). Gimmicky, but still quite the view. 😁 Shuttle is frequent enough.

New ZealandToo much water on bathroom floor after shower. An elevator not working one time ... wouldn't move at all. I noticed the bus driver not helping any passengers who had trouble getting suitcases or strollers on or off the bus, while drivers of other buses were jumping down to give assistance with a smile.
