I didnt like the £200 security deposit I had to leave for 1 night. This wasn't mentioned in the add , also we were put on the top floor , no lifts and very steep stairs with no help feom the staff

Light sensor in the bathroom is ridiculous. Light is constantly turning off and you need to adjust the sensor based on weather you’re in the shower or on the toilet to ensure it captures your movement.

Staff are nice, location is good, even though there’s plenty of night life downstairs it wasn’t noisy in the room. Room itself was pleasant with large windows.

Hotel lobby is on second floor; there is no elevator. Be prepared to carry your suitcase up & down the very steep & narrow stairways to the lobby & your room (I was on 3rd floor).

Location was great; it was walking distance to Central Train station, the ports for river cruises, and Van Gogh Museum. The room & bed were comfortable & clean. Staff very pleasant & assisted with directions to sites around the city.

Nothing - perfect location for our city break.

Location was amazing - the square is beautiful with lots of cafes & bars. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and looked after our bags when we arrived too early to check in and again the following day when we had a late departure which was appreciated.

Hotel is still very old fashion. Can be quite noisey outside until late at night. Our room was advertised as a smoking room. But on arrival we were told we could only smoke cigarettes, not weed. We dont smoke cigarettes so smoked our weed outside. Paid for a smoking room which we did not get to use

My deposit has not been returned despite being very clean, quiet and respectful guests during our stay. The receptionist confirmed the room was in excellent condition when we left the property and we have not heard from the hotel since. There was 1 uncomfortable experience during my stay, which was on day 2 in the early afternoon a friend joined us to return our backpacks to the hotel and quickly change into some different clothing. To note I had booked and paid for 3 guests, and although my friend (person 4) was not a paying guest he was happy to just wait in the main lobby for us to return. There was a gentleman on the desk and he became very suspicious of my partner (who was a paying guest) and tried to refuse him access to the room. He seemed rather on edge and it wasn’t very pleasant, and would not allow our friend to wait in the lobby/reception area. My partner provided ID (for the second time) to check against the booking, but it took and while and we did not like how he singled out my partner who was a paying guest and had dropped off and collected the keys several times.

The location was excellent, being directly opposite Rembrandt Square. It was a 15 minute walk into the Red Light District. The mattresses were really comfortable! I was surprised at how well I slept during my stay. The private bathroom that we had, although it was not attached to the room, was very pleasant, clean and spacious.

Not dirty but also not 100% clean, a couple of hairs on the bed and some stains here and there!

I dislike the hairs of someone else in my bed, the yellow blanket, the dust on the top of the bed, the size of the room, for 3️⃣ people was small, for luck one of hours friend quit on the last, the dumb guys that was on service during the night

It’s close to a lot of bars so if you want quiet it’s maybe not suitable but in no way a bad point for the hotel

Sewerage is too slowly, so water from shower goes down too slow. All bathroom was full of water. radiator at bathroom was closed and cold. for January, for frozen tourist it was not ok.

The large double bed was 2 single beds put together which moved apart so easily so we fell down the middle of both. Also the head board fell on us. The bathroom was big but the drainage didnt work well so flooded at every shower.

Quality against value, it’s very expensive. In general sheets were not clean. No elevators. Also asked me to pay an insurance amount of 150. it never happened to me in any previous booking in any country. To be fair, it was mentioned in the policy. However, something like this should be mentioned clearly in the description or the notes.

Locations was very good, near to the center. Staff were friendly and tried to help.

Beds were not that comfortable with very plain bedding, plug sockets need attention as holes in plastering, so look dodgy in places.

Secure, nice continental breakfast, spacious bathroom and friendly staff.

Don't be fooled there was indeed bedbug in the room. Had to leave the room key with the staff when going out. The balcony is not a balcony.

Very central location and for the price (considering we had a private bathroon (not en-suite)) it was great.
