I didn’t like the fact that we got a room pointing to the side the tramp goes on and off. Those tramp parking lot is behind the hotel and the Tramps are coming and going every 5 minutes almost 24/7 ! You can’t sleep with open windows if you are a light sleeper as I am! What a pitty ! Also no privacy since your balcony is split in half and just one thin glass wall is separating it but you can hear clearly the other ppl next door. If you want a sikebt night you definitely have to ask for a room not on the tramp side located at.

clean hotel room and very friendly staff ! Parking comes with the hotel but cost extra. Hotel is at a dead end road which is a plus and you have the ocean right in front of the hotel also the dunes on the side! Breakfast was phenomenal and they had everything you could dream off! It’s definitely worth to book with breakfast ! Sauna and pool downstairs was relaxing too!

The cleanliness of the elevator drinks were spilled on the floor and the floor was sticky. Told staff and it was cleaned quickly.

Good breakfast, great location the cleaning staff on one day made our beds upside down with the pillows on one of the beds at the feet. Very helpful and fiendly staff.

Have been in a lot of hotels and need to admit that it is too expensive for the standard the room has offered. For the price we could have had a centrally located suite somewhere else, I am sorry.

Nice located hotel in 15 Minutes walking distance to Peer. Cosy beds, rooms are not the newest but renovated in a charming way. Staff was very friendly.

When I booked, the hotel specifications indicated that there is a car park of the hotel but it is not possible to reserve. In my terms, it does not mean, the car park is fully booked or it even does not mean one need reservation for car park. When I arrived on Sunday (11 August) afternoon after waiting for hours in the annoying trafic of Schveningen, I wanted to park in the hotel's car park. But the lady on the speaker told me that parking is fully booked and I cannot park and hung up to my face. There is a public car park in front of the hotel but it was full and the cars were waiting outside, maybe for 45 minutes. So, I left the car at the gate and went with my wife, kids and luggages into the hotel for check-in. The lady at the front desk (I think she was also the one on the speaker at the car park's gate), did the necessities for our check-in. Was not very gentle, one would expect from a 4 star hotel front desk. But she was also not rude, so I though she must be tired of the crowd, which might be understandable. Until I told her that the car at the gate of the car park is mine and we need to find a solution for the car. She told me in a very unpolite way that I have to move my car, otherwise she will not give my the key of the room! This ws so unexceptable. My childern (16 and 9), very obvious from their faces that they are tired, were terrified from the voice of the front desk lady. I told her, my family will go up to the room and I will move the car but she insisted that I first move the car otherwise there is no key of the room! It took 2-3 minutes until she understood that I am not going to move anything before I receive the key of the room, which I have paid! Unfortunately, and I am sorry to say that, she does not belong to hospitality industry with this manner and lack of quick thinking capabilities.

Breakfast was standard as expected from such a hotel, location is very good, easy to access to beach and the city. Room size was not really enough for a family of 4.

Mini bar could have had better asortman of snacks and drinks and the fridge isn't really cooling too much. Would be useful if there was more storage room but we managed. Also it would be amazing if there was some option to somehow hang towels and bathing suits to dry since the beach is super close and we did go swimming.

Everything was great the personell was awesome and really really kind. The view was breathtaking, the breakfast was one of kings and servers are so hardworking and polite. There is many options available and reception is super helpful with suggestions on what to see. We really loved it and plan on returning.

Not a major issue but we had booked a family room but on arrival, we noticed a water leak in ceiling. We were promptly moved to another room but was smaller. Staff however very apologetic and moved quickly on matter. So issue at all our side.

Beds were so comfortable and staff very attentive.

Excellent place right on the beach, nice little balcony, nice staff and nice to know my car was safe in the car park. The pool was great and a perfect temperature. Excellent food hall within 100 metres

Bed and Room was not 100% clean as expected. There were a lot of black unknown hair on the bed. Breakfast good but not as good at earlier stays and now also a bit to costly.

There was some renovation going on which made it loud early and throughout the day.
