We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt is in a fantastic location—it is easy to walk to everything in the center of Leiden. Yet the room itself is SO quiet, and you cannot hear outside noise (we were on the ground floor with windows to the street). The staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we arrived earlier than check-in and throughout the trip. The room and bed were very comfortable. I wish we had made better use of the kitchenette! It's a great feature of the room. Great espresso machine in the lobby. Highly recommend! There were parking spots in front.
