The place was amazing and cosy. Really clean and a lot of space. The location was ideal next to the tram and the underground. I recommend for a trip in Amsterdam with your loved one ! And 10/10 for the nicest host ! 😊

Paul was a great host and he told us everything about the apartment, the neighborhood and the city. He was warm and friendly, also left some fruits, drinks and an apple pie. Apple pie was great! The apartment has a great location, you can walk anywhere from there. The balcony is better than it looks on photos, I would stay in the same place if I ever travel again to Amsterdam.

Apartment was clean. The bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was clean and large. Paul was so helpful and hospitaple. When we arrived, we met a lot of surprise in the kitchen. Like delicious applepie, vine, beer, fruits etc.

Everything, Paul’s place is right at the Rijsk museum (2 min walk) the area has many restaurants, coffees etc., great vibe, public transport is short distance too, trams and metro also in 2 min walk. The place is like on the pictures! Paul is an excellent host, he goes the extra mile, we were welcomed with apple pie, coffee for the machine, several teas, cold drinks etc. The little balcony is right on the canal, we loved sitting there in the evening. The place is very quiet during the night, only seagulls😊. We had a wonderful stay, thanks Paul!

The stairs is steep but the apartment more than makes up for this.

The location of the property is excellent. We walked around the city and also to and from various sights in the city. The apartment we stayed in is to the rear of the property and therefore very quiet and peaceful. The shower is powerful with plenty of hot water. The owners left us a bottle of wine to welcome us and a very tasty apple pie. Tea, coffee and fruit were also supplied.

Paul's apartment is sweet, warm, very clean and in an excellent location. There is a Nespresso machine with free tea and coffee. everything was within walking distance and as vegans we had no problem finding delicious food. For smokers, there is a tiny balcony with a view of the channel which was super fun. Paul is a wonderful host.

Nothing, it was all perfect!!

Wow this place is incredible!! It looked great in the photos and even better in real life. The location is excellent, the balcony and the view from it was amazing, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need/want and more (we also got left some lovely treats by the host), the bed was probably the biggest and most comfortable i’ve ever slept on and THE SHOWER… it was beyond incredible! I never wanted to leave!! Thanks so much to the host for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Wow what an amazing apartment, view of the canal from the private balcony beautifully decorated, centrally located close to Heineken brewery and many places to eat drink or "have a coffee", super friendly host who welcomed us with home made apple pie, fruit and a fully stocked drinks fridge!! Would highly recommend 🇮🇪

Although at first I loved the dark bathroom, it made it really hard to put on make up! The stairs up to the flat are incredibly steep, and whilst we managed them, I think many people would struggle.

The bed was huge and very comfortable. the shower was also very big and powerful. There was also a small balcony to sit out on and look at the canal below. The neighbourhood was quiet but central and made it easy to explore, plus it was 4 mins walk to the Rijksmuseum!

The apartment is completely updated with all amenities. The owner stocked refrigerator with drinks, and welcomed us with a homade pie. Very responsive owner and helped us with luggage.

The stairs are too steep for old people or with an infant.

Excellent location, Paul is supper helpfull and willing to help me take my heavy bag down the stairs. The balcony is supper and in general nice place to stay when you visit Amsterdam.

Paul the host was fantastic he was always there if you needed anything but never felt in your way at all. Also when we arrived he'd got us a beautiful fresh apple pie and stocked the fridge with refreshments, also other little touches like a gorgeous bunch of Tulips. The studio itself was fantastic with a big comfy bed, great shower, balcony with a lovely view of the canal the list goes on, me and my friend both agreed if we were to return to Amsterdam it would be the first place we'd consider

This apartment is amazing! the pictures are good but they honestly don’t do it justice, when you see it in person it is fabulous! Paul was an incredible host from day one, providing all the info we needed along with some essential items in the fridge (including wine!) and a freshly baked apple pie! probably the best hospitality I have ever experienced in any accommodation anywhere in the world. the location should also be noted as it is fantastic, so close to both the metro and tram that will literally bring you to anywhere you want to get to in Amsterdam! will certainly be staying here when we visit again!
