We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The bed was really comfortable. The room is very spacious with a great view. Breakfast was simple but good. They could add more options of plantbased milk and more sweets, like cakes.

TurkeyThough the beds were comfortable, the bedrooms were too small with two beds in them. The toilette and bathroom were side-by-side and near the bedrooms, thus all their doors collided with each other, if you were to go out from one of them at the same time. The breakfast was not that good, and not worth to that price. It was ending at 10.00. During holiday times, people would like to relax and not to be in a hurry to catch breakfast. It should be extended a bit more. Likewise, you have to move in at 15.00 PM, while have to check-out at 10.00.
Rooms were excellent; very clean and comfortable. The hotel was located in the center of the town. The dinner at the hotel was very good and delicious; we loved especially the tiramisu. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful.

NetherlandsThe cost is very high for what it is. Also, some staff is very friendly and helpful (like the young guy who does the breakfast), others are not so much. For example, not helping to bring a highchair for a baby and telling you to get it yourself when you have a baby in one arm and a toddler in another.
Beautiful main building with a decent restaurant (also where a good breakfast is served). The family suits are roomy, new, comfortable and clean. You can easily fit a crib beside the bed. The location is perfect!

GermanyThe walls between the apartments are pretty thin and more noisy neighbors can be pretty annoying. However, that's nothing the staff of the hotel can be blamed for.
The apartment was spacious and can easily host 2x2 people (2 separate sleeping rooms) and has a cozy main room (kitchen, dining table, couch). The location in the middle of the tiny village center (directly next to a souvenir shop, opposite to the island supermarket and close to some bars) made everything extremely easy to reach or organize. Very friendly and forthcoming reception staff. We booked the continental breakfast buffet for one morning which included a very nice collection of fresh breads, pastries and cereals in a nice atmosphere and for a fair price.

NetherlandsAlthough the apartments belong to a hotel; there is no hotel service, like daily cleaning and towel change. In fact it is a self service apartment stay. The apartment is dated and can do with a refurbishment. The doors are creaking (especially the toilet door). The bathroom is big, but old. The shower curtain in the bath is not convenient, as it makes the space to shower small. The curtains in the apartment are very light, which means that everyone wakes up at sunrise. It would be good to have blackout curtains. Decent stay, but we had expected a bit more given the price.
The hotel is in the centre of town - well located. Complimentary transport from and to the ferry is provided. Our apartment was on the top floor - we could see the sea from the balcony. It was spacious with a comfortable kitchen. The apartment was reasonably clean, although we noted some dust on the floor.

RussiaThere were some ants on the floor in the room, but I understand the reason - if you will go out to the square, you will find many ants on benches, and as we all wearing shoes in the rooms it is easy to take these small friends with you. All the rest is fine.
Location is convenient, design is nice. I liked breakfast a lot, variety of products and very good coffee, also that you can sit on terrace. A lot of touristic information on reception, ferry schedules and events. Not a five-star hotel, but you should consider that it is on island and the hotel is used for rest and sleep. In summer there is a pleasant cold in the room, after a long walk and bicycling you will sleep there like a baby
