Beautiful location and view, dependent on the side of the hotel you are on you see the city or far into the distance of the Netherlands. The rooms are really well built and the toilet/shower has been really well designed also. They allow for a cheaper parking in their own car park ( very modern but cannot hold large cars ) for a deposit and cheaper then city/outside parking. The staff was really helpful with the only issue I had, which was when my access card wasn't recognized anymore.

Unfortunately I could not regulate the temperature of the water in the shower. For some reason it was not working properly

It was our second time staying at this hotel. We're arriving earlier than the official check-in hours, but the day before, we asked If it was possible, and we heard that as we arrive, we could ask, and if the room was ready, then it was possible. Fortunately, when we arrived around 12 in the afternoon, the room was ready, and we could enjoy our stay. The staff was helpful and nice. The location is perfect, just right outside you have the train,tram and bus stops!

Lovely hotel, reception, bar and dining area look fantastic, lovely staff. Room was spacious and very good quality. Easily reachable on the metro,with station literally 60 seconds away. (don't follow google directions ! just look up as you exit the station and you will see the hotel ! ) Would love to stay here again

Parking was a bit, since the garage is rather small so we did need to park on the street.

Enough room for the family, good style and comfortable furniture. Amazing restaurant with great food and service! It was an overall pleasant stay and we will definitely recommend the Hotel.

We had an issue with our reserved parking every night because another person would take our reserved spot. So then we would have to go up to the reception desk nightly and try to find another place in the lot to park our car. The staff was very helpful in finding us another spot. It was just a nightly inconvenience.

The hours of use for the gym was limited so you could not work out earlier than 7am. I would have appreciated at least a 6am opening time. I could have used it a lot more if the hours were expanded. Or until 11pm. Outside of this, everything else was good.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent gym and pleasant breakfast. The location was also very convenient. Easy access to anywhere because of the Metro stop.

The metro and tram stops are just outside the entrance making it very easy to connect and travel throughout Rotterdam. Rooms and lobby are in beautiful condition, obviously just remodeled.

We booked a parking spot in the garage, but because of the lift system we didn't dare to try it.. Walking back from the Ahoy to the hotel at night - even though it's only a 25 min walk - was not a pleasant experience. Bit of a dodgy neighborhood.

Nice and quiet room, comfy bed, easy check-in, friendly personnel,, near metro station, everything was well thought of.

The lower rooms (like ours) don't have the nice view but still pay the same price. It would be nice to have a clear distinction in this.

Perfect room and easy check-in/ check-out. Nicely styled lobby and interior. Good pricing and within 10 min range of city centre by fast metro connection.

we were constantly disturbed. i have never seen a hotel with staff who constantly knock on the door to see if there was anyone in the room.

I really liked the hotel, very clean, very beautiful, average welcome but the hostesses were there when we needed them.

Great location. We stayed here for Rotterdam Rave, couldn't have picked a better location. It's only 1 metro stop away from the Rotterdam Ahoy and the after party's at Massilo which was just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The metro station is right opposite the hotel and you can get into various parts of Rotterdam from here within a few stops, including the city centre and De Kuip. Pretty convenient in terms of supermarkets and shops as well. Hotel staff were always very helpful and welcoming, we were upgraded to the Suite room which was fantastic. The bed was huge and really comfortable and our room had a great view of the canal and beautiful skyline. It was a great stay overall.

The accommodation wasn't thoroughly cleaned, as there were a few remnants from previous guests, though it wasn't a major issue. The hotel offered a parking garage, but it came with a fee of €40 per day. The breakfast was decent, though nothing remarkable.

The accommodation for four people was spacious and clean, offering a lovely view of the Rotterdam harbour and skyline. Conveniently located next to the hotel, a train station provides quick access to the city center.
