Prices for lodging in Amsterdam are through the roof but this was a real good bang for your dollar or Euro. Americans love their ice and there was no ice tray. I have to remember to bring one myself next trip over, LOL

It was in a great location. So many things within walking distance but a few blocks out of the main tourist area. The gentleman with the art store was very helpful with helping us get in. The bed was adjustable which was great. She had umbrellas which came in handy. The coffee machine was fantastic. The kitchen had a lot of equipment. Just little things like a drying rack for dishes made things so easy. The apartment is of good size. There were bathrobes and extra towels

steps were step ands narrow, but that’s Amsterdam and the price was high, but again, that’s Amsterdam.

Anny’s was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for two people. Everything was within walking distance, especially Jordaan which was the area we liked best. it was nice that lots of espresso pods were provided for the entire stay.

The stairs up from Street level were rather narrow and steep, but it's an historic building, so that is not unexpected.

Everything in the apartment was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee pods, tea, and basic kitchen supplies were all provided. The wifi worked well. Anny thought of everything - there were even plug outlet adaptors and a safe! It was very clean and organized. We liked that the location was not far from the train station, and other attractions in the city were very walkable from there.

Only compliments no complaints

It was just like the photos. Very tranquil, just off the busy streets. The bed was very comfy. I would have liked to have been able to push the twin beds together, to create a double.

Everything was perfect!

The apartment was excellent. Clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Close to the Central station and metro which was very convinient for exploring the city! The host Anny was very attendive. All praise to her. We highly recommend it and we will definitely return.

The location was great! We were able to walk to so many different places and had great restaurant options nearby.

Was worried about the stairs, but they were ok. There was no need to worry

Given this was an apartment, the only cooking facility was a multi function microwave. An electric ring or something similar would have been useful. The steep, narrow stairs could cause issues for older people. We managed, but being in our late 60's took the stairs very cautiously.

Good, central location within 10 mins walk of the station. The building was surprisingly quiet for a city centre. We were pleased to be able to stay in a traditional Amsterdam house, with solid wooden beams and steep staircase, to the apartment and to feel closer to the history of the city.

It is not meant for a long stay: there is no kitchen, only a microwave oven. There is a small fridge but no dishwasher nor washing machine

There is a flight of stairs I was not aware of. They were very narrow. The locks were clunky to work through each time. Not an operational kitchen. Wished it had a hot plate to make eggs at least. The apartment was cold at night

Door to apartment doesn’t lock from the outside, so can’t lock the door when you leave. Front door on the street is very secure though, so not really an issue.

We had a very nice stay in Amsterdam. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the location is perfect. We loved that it has a small kitchen (with coffee, tea, oil, etc. included), the owner really takes care of all the details! Such a good experience :)

It was not possible to leave our luggages at the flat for two extra hours (even if there were new guests coming after us for two days). I was told this was due to the cleaner's schedule, but I would have appreciated some flexibility.

Lovely flat, very clean, fantastic location - close to the main attractions and only a short walk to the train station. The bedroom faces a courtyard, so there's no noise disturbing the guests' sleep. Very private. Easy self-check in. Comfortable beds. Nice water pressure. Easy to communicate with the host via booking messages.

Lovely spacious apartment with modern appliances and lovely little touches like fabulous coffee machine and plenty of capsules. Very well positioned in Amsterdam city centre for easy exploration. Lots of reference materials and map for planning the daily itinerary. Lovely host who was very attentive and readily available. Comfy beds and strong hot water shower.
