We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were really welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Arranged all of our trips. Had a massage in the on-site spa, just what was needed. Could use the home grown fruit and vegetables.

Australiathe internet provision is great - 10 GB but the reception is low. it would be great if Norfolk Telecom provided tourists more data on the tourist plan. we decided to focus on being off the grid rather than trying to connect to the internet.
The property is in a great location - close to town. The two bedroom unit was well organised and comfortable. Timia is a great host and shows attention to detail. the welcome pack of food and provisions is great as food is expensive at Norfolk Island.

AustraliaWe expected this to be a Resort but I don't class gravel and cars as a resort. Having said this I'm not sure how they could improve this as there is no room. Just think the name Resort should not be used. The pool area was OK but compared with South Pacific Resort down the road, this one leaves a lot to be desired.
Breakfast provision were provided - ie eggs, toast, butter, jams which was unexpected but a welcome surprise. Coffee machine provided but no coffee pods, we wanted to get local coffee but unable to find any. Maybe pods could be available at office to purchase. Tima in the office was amazing host and nothing was too much trouble.

The provided breakfast was delightful. The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was great, large fridge, all the cooking gear you could need. Nice out door area too. Tima went out of her way to encourage all guests to ask if there were any issues at all. Lovely to get fresh towels half way through our seven day stay too. Couches not comfy for long sits but then so much to see on the island, it wasn’t really an issue!

The location was excellent as it was very close to the shops. The unit was self contained and had all the necessary equipment for preparing meals. It was a well appointed unit in all respects. Having access to a rental car was a plus.

AustraliaWith such a tropical location, it was disappointing that the gardens around the entrance and the individual villas were not kept as nice as around the exit of the property.
No breakfast supplied. Location very good. Timar was excellent host. Very convenient to have a car on request. Nice touch for the waiting area for the bus and the help yourself bananas. It was very considerate that we had a late checkout at 1:45pm as it would have been a vey long day for a 10:00am checkout.

AustraliaThey advertised a car included which was why we booked but you then had to pay per day for car insurance. This should be indicated or made clearer when you book. We could have got a lot better deal for the same room at the same resort on another accomodation booking site as we found out a car is included with all bookings and the insurance is always an extra cost. Thought there was a spa on the balcony as per the pictiures but the spa was a spa bath in the bathroom.
The Resort manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. The welcome pack of bread, milk and eggs was appreciated given the lack of food options on island. You can't go to Norfolk and expect 5 star accomodation as it isn't available. The Resort seemed good value in comparsion to other options on island and was central to the main street,
