we were upgraded to a lovely spacious room. The pool area was lovely! It was a short walk to the historical centre with lots of lovely restaurants.

Hair dryer was eccentric, TV signals dodgy, and it can quite a queue if you are late for weekend breakfast!

The Premier King was huge and spacious. Even the toiket and bath area were not stingy in space!. Clean, drinking water tap was also a bonus! The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay a truly memorable one. Being next to the mall also meant convenience in terms of food and groceries. The location was also a good launchpad for us as we went around the area. Truly exceeded expectations!

Breakfast option was abit less.

Mattress was nice and cosy. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom shower was great(good water pressure) Good water flow in Bathroom. The overall smell of the room and the hotel is fantastic. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

On Sunday morning (next day was Agong's birthday) when we went for breakfast, there was a long queue. Looks like the breakfast area could not cope well during holiday season.

Good design of the room. Great to have difference from other hotels, e.g. 1. Separate drinking water supply. 2. Shampoo and body gel dispensers intead of small little bottles in other hotels 3. Located inside the Ipoh Parade with plenty of shops.

Facilities is good and comfortable. Location is very good just connected with corridor to the Ipoh Parade shopping centre.The view from Sky Pool very beautiful. Is the nice place for chilling and relaxing at night.

Al little more variety needed especially in the case of a curry which appeared only once on the breakfast selection in our eight day stay. Otherwise the breakfast selection was very good

We have stayed at the WEIL HOTEL on 5 occasions over a period of 20 years and have always enjoyed our stay.The staff,food,and other amenities are of a very high standard. Hygiene and cleanliness is examplary Our room and room service was excellent.Location perfectly situated and breakfast although lacking in variety on occasions,fully satisfied our needs.

Breakfast quality can be improved. The mattress is bit sagging. TV channels rather limited. Suggest you add Channel News Asia. Wifi speed can be improved.

The bedroom door was a bit dated and makes a loud noise when the door closes. The water temperature in the shower was not stable.

Breakfast could have been better, did not look appetizing at all, presentation could improve. Is not about the variety but the quality which it did not have. Wifi connection was bad even after I had called to get it fixed, a router was placed in the room. Still did not work well. Gym location was weird, on the same floor as function halls, and was at a corner, with not much to offer.

Room was good, quiet just the way I like it. Location was next to shopping mall which was really convenient.
