Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff couldn't do enough to help me. I hadn't got a SIM so they organised a different way to get in. Any question I had they answered straight away. The room was big, even had a sofa TV and playstation! The bathroom was very clean and there were enough facilities that I never had to wait. The location is fantastic! Right on the riverside.

SingaporeVery noisy. Noise isolation is poor. Can clearly hear next room guests walking and dropping stuffs on floor. It's just next to the main street, in the night can hear motorbikes shouting. Never saw staffs there though can reach out through WhatsApp. The smart lock wasn't working properly, need to unlock a few times..
Location is good, near to everything. Bed is surprisingly comfortable (although it's basically just a mattress on a box) Staff replies message timely. Didn't expect much, so generally okay to stay.

GermanyIt is quite noisy because of the shop below. However after 10 p.m. the shop was closed and it was a lot better. However the walls are like paper and you could clearly here when someone passes your room. For me as i have a deep sleep and it was only for a short stay it wasn’t that much of a problem.

HungaryIt’s a bit too advanced system. To check in you need an app. Then you don’t really meet any staff. No one to ask info about the area. Toilet and shower is outside and it’s a bit far from the nice room.
It’s right at waterfront. The room to the street is really nice to see even fireworks when it’s Independence Day. There’s Netflix on a huge tv! Very nice room design and comfy bed.
