We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Convenient location. Very close to pasar seni bus hub, lrt station and mrt station. Room is rather comfortable and has basic stuffs that I need: hairdryer, toiletries, hangers, free bottles of mineral water. Nice view of the city from room.

TaiwanThe chubby, non-hijab wearing girl working at the front-desk was a complete bitch. If I knew her name I’d write it here but they don’t wear name tags. She was not friendly at all during check-in and when the FIRE ALARM went off on the 5th floor (my floor) of the hotel, I inquired about it. But she gave no clear indication on whether or not it was safe to go back up the 5th floor. I had to raise my voice at her just to get a clear answer from her about hotel safety at that time. And then she had the nerve to get an attitude with me, when all I was trying to do was figure out if the 5th floor was safe or not. SHE was the only negative part about my stay at Travelodge. The rest of the staff was lovely.
The hotel was in Chinatown near some really good restaurants and eateries. You won’t go hungry staying here. Solid western breakfast options near by and all types of Asian food within walking distance from the hotel. The MRT (even though I didn’t use it much) was only about a 1 minute walk away. Nice sized room for a solo traveler such as myself. Central Market was right across the street which was nice for shopping.

Location is very near with metro just less than 3minutes walk from metro. The metro next to hotel is Kelana Jaya line connected to Klcc, kampong baru and ampang park (interchange station to mrt putrajaya) and also Mrt connected to this hotel is going to bukit bintang and kajang (malaysian satay). Ktm commuter also interconnect to this station for going to batu caves. Furthermore this hotel is next to local bus hub can hopon klgo free bus here and also stop for klhoponhopoff bus. Infront this hotel is Central market. Just waking distance to merdeka square, National mosque, bird park, river of life and also petaling street. Overall room is good.

VietnamTowels were not clean and smelly! We requested to change them, but the quality of the new provided are not too good at all. Strongly recommend you to bring your own instead of using the hotel’s towels.
The hotel is next to an MRT station, which gave us the convience to travel to different scenic spots in the city. It’s also near to get to the street food, night market around. The accommodation is also well equipped.
