Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KenyaThe rooms are quite small, but it's alright. Beddings and pillows are, unfortunately not the best for a comfortable sleep, and the proximity to the monorail makes it a bit noisy at times, also during the night. Breakfast and cleanliness at breakfast to be substantially improved.
Practical solution when travelling to Kuala Lumpur. Close to Pasari Seni and the train station. Good connections and plenty of food offerings around the hotel. Value for money is good and most of the staff was helpful and happy to assist.

New ZealandThe hotel itself. needs some renovations. It could be very cool, unfortunately it’s a bit tired at the moment. Curtains need to be cleaned, for example. The breakfast area is in serious needs a very deep clean. Outdoor areas in terrace room was a bit drab, the view good. The staff were kinda unfriendly and inattentive But very confident for travelers passing through.
The location is excellent. Close to the MRT, LRT… easy to get anywhere in the city. Very efficient. In Chinatown. Great food everywhere. Close to Central Market. Easy walk to most sites. Or just a few stops to the malls, shopping districts on trains.

New ZealandObvious management issues, things being neglected. Minimal cleaning staff, I saw just one young man still cleaning at 7 pm. Floor 1, where the laundry is located, is like a set from a horror movie - dark & gloomy, dirty stained carpet & a bad smell, a leak in the roof. The price keeps increasing; I’ve stayed many times so I’m disappointed in how things have gone down. I’ll look elsewhere to stay now.

SingaporeBathroom was a little bit dirty but no major issues. Soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower only dispensed a little liquid each time, had to keep punching for more.
Very convenient location. Pasar Seni MRT station was just behind the hotel. Chinatown/Petaling Street was just a stone's throw away. Central Market selling crafts and Malaysian souvenirs is just across the road. Lots of good food around. The washing machine and dryer was easy to use (just ask the counter staff) and cheaper than the laundromat that was across the road. Laundry room also has an iron and ironing board to use there after your washing. Helpful staff. Overall, good place.

United KingdomThe very soiled carpet in the lobby and broken tiles / flooring in the lifts and in the room. The room not being made unless requested at reception otherwise it will be left unmade even if you select the button in the room.
The location was very good Room was comfortable and good sized The shower was difficult to adjust but once hot water started it became more flexible and stayed in position so not too bad overall. The shower pressure was good.
