Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThere's limited parking space on both floor. Space we occupied with old stuffs from renovation i guess. A sharing parking spot for both hotel in the same building. Need to provide more tv channel. Need to provide iron and board in room too.
The staffs were friendly. The environment in the lobby is good. Ample guest lift and the waiting time is not too long.

SingaporeThe wifi was very bad! The tv in living room were redundant as all channel were not working accept for TV9. (Poor signal) Safe was not properly checked and inspect( battery low or spoilt) it bcome not safe.
The location of the hotel and the view were good. I like the view at the pool especially. The area is full of eateries easy to find food. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

MalaysiaLinens aren't very clean, there's also a musty smell in the corridor to the rooms but luckily the room is fine. There's also a mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and a scruff mark on the toilet seat
Spacious, had free parking, many eateries nearby. All toiletries are provided. There's a spacious closet.

SingaporeThe bathroom was completely "flooded"after each shower and the bathroom mat that was completely soaked wasn't even changed the next day by housekeeping.
The breakfast was the best offering. Good spread. The restaurant manager at the breakfast buffet on 1 September went out of his way to help us pack a take-away for our kids who were still in bed. Amazing service on his part.

The Premier Suite is very big 80m square. Counter staff waived breakfast charged when told that the room Wifi not working.

SingaporeI booked 2 rooms but 1 of them the aircon is not cold enough. 1 room have shaver and other don't have. One of the mineral water has been drank and still left inside the room.
There is eatery, massage and convenient store just outside the hotel. Convenient location, walking distance to shopping mall and jonker walk. Room is clean, breakfast is good. Will come back again.

Staff didn't inform us the breakfast venue so the first day we went to the wrong restaurant and missed our breakfast (brochure in the room also wrongly stated the breakfast venue, which was supposed to be at the hotel next door). We also asked for an extra bed but was never informed why we didn't get it.

MalaysiaThe parking is confusing , nobody guide us to which side to park as the building is sharing between The Straits & Noble Hotel. So my advice just park wherever available , and the red color elevator is for Straits , and the blue color is for Noble Hotel , plus the parking is limited , usually level 1 always full , so you have to park at level 2 , and not to forget , you have to validate your parking otherwise you'll be charged , coz to enter the parking you have to tap your TnG or Debit.
Location is near to town , the swimming pool is nice , but no pool for kids , only Noble Hotel got pool for kids.
