There is a mall downstairs, including a supermarket and McDonald's and several restaurants, it's very convenient! And there is a local food market next to the hotel, it's really tasty! The room is spacious and the shower is hot!

MalaysiaDeposits were not mentioned in the booking. A ridiculous amount of Rm300 too! What if we did not have that cash in hand?? It was very inconvenient! And to tell us AFTER we have paid for the room? Not to mention, the breakfast area was in such disarray and messy. Sticky floors and mess everywhere. Staff was showing more arrogance than friendliness! Don't even get me started with the elevator problems. Breakfast would be a time where majority of guests will leave their rooms, and ONLY 2 WAS WORKING?! RIDICULOUS! Last but not least, the parking is a disaster. Can't validate my parking because it's "full", when is it not?! Never coming back there. Not my money's worth.

MalaysiaBelieve it or not, what didn't go well was the breakfast. It was stated that breakfast was continental but there was nothing continental about it. It was still very Malaysian. The only thing that didn't feel Malaysian was the croissants. There were also stations for omelettes and noodles but there was no one manning those stations. You could see waiters clearing tables than chefs being at those stations. The hotel management needs to look into this.
What went well for me was the room I booked. I was under the impression that it was a deluxe room but it was situated on the premier floor. Spacious no doubt, clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was marbled on the floor and walls, giving off this classy elegant look. But the bathroom tap was a little wobbly. They need to fix that.
