i like the customer service at the front desk by a women i think not local but for me i can feel the energy and hardworj from her.short hair n have slang like china or vietnam.

Room service was quite slow. And furnitures are fairly old. Drainage of the bathroom was bad. Water keeps flowing out and making the floor wet.

The room decorations I paid extra for. The helium balloons look like leftovers from past events and not even in suitable color for the occasion (wedding anniversary). As a 5-star hotel, simple complimentary decorations should be available for special occasions.

Most all of the staff were trying to speak "Fast English", but rather they were actually quite clumsy when speaking english. So it seems like more to "Clumsy Fast English". Sometimes, it takes time for me to digest what they were trying to say. But its fine, not a major problem.

I suka bathroom yang luas, ada bath tub yang nice. Boleh masuk 2 orang dewasa yang ketinggian 160cm with 46kg average. Katil saiz King yang super comfy to jimak my wife, Smart TV Samsung yang easily connect with my Samsung phone. Room service yang datang 2x a day to ask for changing towels etc. Most of the staff area super friendly and nice, and also helpful.

if you are driving to the hotel, you might miss the turn into the hotel as it is very sharp and narrow road. and parking is rm15 even for in-house guests.

Just a question, why we cannot dining at The Orchid? They said the place only for private event only. So sad..

Love the room, very luxury and comfortable. We had dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Colonial Cafe. The atmosphere are very calm and romantic with the accompaniment of a pianist. Breakfast food also nice. Really enjoy our stay here.

Parking fees were a bit steep. Paying for the room but not been given complimentary parking is a bit contradictory. Ended up spending rm30 just to sleep in a room that I paid for.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the breakfast spread, the big room, the service. Everything was top notch. We even got complimentary early check in. We got the junior suite, it was huge. Great comfy beds and pillows, working air-conditioning and water heater, big bath tub. We also requested for extra blankets. The breakfast spread was massive, you get a bit of english breakfast, malay, chinese and japanese. A spread of freshly squeezed juice and a barista to prepare freshly brewed coffee. You get waffles and french toast, muesli and yogurt, cereals and cheese. Friendly waiters as well. The staff was also well uniformed, always greeting you with a smile. Great stay, would definitely come again next time.

It is accessible via a single route and the noise from traffic (some clowns with loud exhaust) can be heard at 2am.

Perfect place if you want nothing to do, chill and relax. The outlook and design were unique. We had a nice view from the 15th floor, absolutely delightful
