Bed sheets had some dirty marks. Fridge was not clean. Need to do simple cleaning ourselves. Bathrooms could be improved. Hallway and lobby could be improved. Not full set of toiletries. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available. Whole street of funeral service shops in a nearby street that may scare some people.

The property is more of an apartment without reception or control over facilities. We were denied access to the pool on the basis of dress code, despite being dressed with normal swim trunks. Wifi security configuration is not suitable for iphones and does not work very well.

It would be good if there are laundry lines or laundry racks provided at the washer area or balcony to hang some wet clothes.

The accommodation is good value for money. It is simply decorated and clean. Enough towels and toiletries were also provided for our group of six.

Fantastic location. Well kept apartment, clean and with condiments provided (water, tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo etc). Good security with access card needed to get in and out.

The walkway outside the units were/are dark and not sufficient lighting along the way. i believe it’s the lack of lighting by the management of The Majestic itself. The lighting inside the unit is also dark generally, at the living room and the rooms. All rooms are with dim yellow lightings and only 2-3 bulbs, not suitable if you require to do anything that needs reading or if senior citizens needs full feasibility. Rooms are generally quite cramp, however it is sufficient if you only wish for a short stay.

The location was extremely convenient as it is in the center of the town, almost to everywhere is just 2-5 mins by car, especially to all the tourist attractions like concubine lane, chicken rice, soya bean curd. Ipoh parade and Weil hotel is just 5-7 mins away and easily accessible by car or grab at night .

wish the corridors were brighter lit. the lifts have no aircon which makes it a tad stuffy, the condo is otherwise fine. wish the lights in the living area were brighter though

too strict on swimming attire. there’s nothing wrong wearing football short or short made of non faded material to swim. its not made of cotton. I’ve to fork out money to buy swimming short for my 2 son to dip in pool.

maybe dont have the Kiblat for muslim. but its okay i use apps to Find the qiblat for Solat😃 and to be frank So hard to Find Halal restautant. but luckily we found one nearby, Restoran Claypot Raja Patin and the food So tasty😋

The property is So clean and confortable. Miss Christy also A very helpfull and kind person. everything was good. The instruction was So clear and i dont face difficulties and all was great. 👍

Only one parking space was given. However we could park the 2nd car at the basement at rm3 per entry. Also a trash bin in the master bedroom toilet would be good.

I'm not happy with the swimming pool policy. My husband wasn't allowed to enter the pool despite wearing the swimming trunk. He was asked to take off his shirt before he can enter the pool with my child. The shirt's material is the one used for exercising purpose. This is a major let down for us as we didn't get to enjoy the swimming pool facility. This has extremely affected our overall experience staying at The Majestic.

Need to prepare extra dustbin bag,kitchen mat / 'kain buruk besar' to wipe wet floor at kitchen . Possible set of sweep too cz clean up myself.

Host guide clearly about the flow & willing to reassuarnce when hadissue slightly to open it.
