Nothing much.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to jonker via the Riverside was such a plus as traffic was crazy and a grab/drive in will be horrendous. The mall at the hotel was sad with hardly any shops but nonetheless there was Mr DIY and a couple other shops to walk around if you really wanted to while a little time away. Breakfast was decent for the price. Room was huge but it will have been better if the sofa provided could have turned into a sofa bed. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom needs some upgrading. Concierge service was great.

Breakfast was very busy. But the staff really tried to make it flow.

Price mentioned that breakfast included but I still paid for my both kids. Only 2 adults included.But anyhow,they didn’t mentioned in the app about it. And the price also increased when they charged my card.Not the price that I checked earlier..

In the balcony it's not cover fully so if kids can drop things into the small hole. I feel there is no need to have study table or business table.

The facility they use for the breakfast is the ballroom therefore there are plenty of seats. The choices they have for breakfast is also fine. The bed is also comfortable and there is a balcony.

Mall attached to hotel is nice but too little choices. Maintenance and cleanliness is overall better than what expected based on past reviews. Could make a big difference if pay more attention to small details like, the door slammed too hard, leaking shower head.

The room only provide 2 towels. if you want extra towels, the hotel charge 10 bucks each towel. Other than that, it's ok...

The room size is spacious. Tv is fantastic, I can get the Netflix up easily.

Firstly, the staff were all superb. Reception staff were smiles and very polite. Even the concierge were helpful with all other guests. Staff at the Garden terrace restaurant were super helpful and prompt in assisting diners. Room exceeded my expectation. Location was ok it was connected to a small mall and had a few eateries within walking distance.

The breakfast spread was limited and not appetising. The floor in the breakfast buffet area was sticky as it seems that the floor was stained with oil and grease. MYR $40 per person for breakfast was not value for money. The staff at the entrance (wearing black / dark colour uniform, older male staff) was not able to give clear directions / informative recommendations to us on our queries of where to find good food. However, the staff wearing white uniform were very friendly and often put on a smiling face and helped us pressed the lift button. They have excellent customer service.

The premium king room is very spacious. The Sky Garden was beautiful at night, should make it more cozy and add in live music (on weekends or Oublic Holidays) to let customers enjoy the ambience with such a nice scenery.

Humidity in the room. We had to keep the air condition on otherwise it was like it was raining during the night. The air condition was super strong, it made me feel a bit sick.

Breakfast buffet: 1. choice of food - should make it different everyday or at least change every 2-3 days. 2. Irresponsible patrons using their bare hands to take food from the buffet. And it is not the buns, she was taking the sliced chicken with her hand.

The room was wonderful clean and comfy. Location was a bit confusing to find at first but it was ok. I love the free parking benefit. The pool was ok too.

Location is fantastic with the river is just by the hotel, plenty eateries nearby and close by to Jonker Street. Buffett breakfast with lot of variety and quality!
