Be nice to have some tea and coffee supplies. Pool closed a long time in middle of the day for maintenance. TV connectivity was poor, no Netflix, YouTube, couldn't get AirPlay to work either....

Second stay here, great room, relatively quiet, good bathroom and bed. Easy walk to KLCC, towers, shopping centre etc

Instructions for check in could have been clearer. The concierge was v busy during check in time. The lifts need to be working.. the wait for the lifts was typically 10 mins (3 working lift serving 51 levels with luggage and people)

Free parking available during our stay. The view at the rooftop was stunning!

Everything was fine

The building was modern and clean. The rental office is on the premise, staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments were very well appointed and we had a great view of the Petronas Towers. Will stay again.

It lacks of amenities (no hand towels, tea towel, difficult to cook in the kitchen etc). The staff were pleasant but difficult to communicate with them and not very helpful.

The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and very well located (It is in KL center and at walking distance from the Petronas Tower). Nice apartment and quiet; but with the minimum of amenities making a little bit challenging with a family (I.e. one bath towel per guest, no beach towel for the swimming pool, no hand towel or tea towel, no laundry product, very minimum kitchen tools etc)

Stayed at level 50.Upon checking out, got to endure the lift journey down to lobby as the lift stopped at almost every floor (people checking out) despite the lift being full....

Perfect stay .clean,modern unit..Aircon, water pressure, bathtub, beds,pillows, views,TV programmes all good!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Kuala Lumpur City Center, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Our stay being Situated on the 48th floor, the views of the city's skyline from the property were simply breathtaking, especially with the iconic Twin Towers in sight. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the major tourist attractions. The convenience of being just a short walk away from the nearest train station and marts made it all easy. The Dormeo Destinations staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The kitchen in the property was fully equipped with everything we needed, from utensils, refrigerator, stove to an oven, making it easy to cook our own meals. The space itself was immaculately maintained and truly extraordinary, with amenities including a bathtub and a rooftop pool offering stunning panoramic views - rooftop view was out of the ordinary!! Although there was a slight delay with the lift access at times, it was never more than 3-5 minutes. In conclusion, this property is worth every penny, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Took a little bit of time to check in since they check in everyone at the same time, maybe not the smartest system but it was worth the wait

The room was stunning, even better than in the pictures. We enjoyed watching a movie in the living room, taking a bath and swimming with the view of the Petronas Towers. Overall I was speechless. Would definitely come back for a bit of a pampering experience.

Hygien of the room/beds sheets, a bit distance from Subway 10-15 min walk, staff don't clean room every day, it needs to be pushed to get towels changed and room cleaness

I have to be honest, there's nothing I can say that I didn't like about this hotel in KLCC.

We had a fantastic stay at Royce hotel in Kuala Lumpur KLCC. We arrived an hour before check-in and the receptionist kindly asked us to wait for a bit. Shortly after, we were introduced to one of the Dormeo Residences staff, as our booking was managed by their property. We were then escorted to the 33rd floor, where we reached their grand lobby. The check-in process was incredibly seamless; I only had to provide my name and booking ID, and we were promptly given the key to our home for the next 4 days and 3 nights. We stayed in the penthouse on the 50th floor, with the pool conveniently located on the 51st floor. This hotel is a must-try when you're in Malaysia, as it's close to all the major shopping spots. While swimming, we enjoyed an amazing view of the Petronas Towers right in front of us.

Was difficult to find if using google maps. It’s opposite the plaza hotel but within same building
