Clean and appealing interior design. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Easy to get around via Grab. If you fancy a bit of a walk, it’s possible to walk to and fro Jonker when traffic gets heavy and a Grab ride is hard to get.

Dim lighting at the hallways but that is probably part of the hotel concept.

Rustic decor with many instagrammable views, room cleanliness, friendly staff, easy accessiblity to tourist attractions.

Everything is okay, services was good, comfort bed, security is good, the looks is fantastic and outstanding.. will repeat soon with my friends.. the breakfast also good but not so many choices, but its okay bcoz if too many choices, i did not know which one to take for breakfast 😁

The hand soap and shampoo dispenser did not work properly. One requires extreme strength to press down and even so, hand soap and shampoo didn’t come out. Melaka has a Skytrek Adventure called Extreme Warrior and I think these dispensers require the Extreme warrior. In the end, we only used the shower gel for everything since that’s the only one that works. Doesn’t speak much of the state of my hair, as a result. So tempted to go Watson to buy my own toiletries. Unfortunately, this marred the overall great experience.

The room was spacious and clean. Had a sofa to sit on besides the 2 double beds. The beds were firm and great pillows. I’m very particular about these. Dustbins were nicely positioned. Well equipped with kettle. The water pressure for bathing is great. Ample water. Breakfast was great with a good selection, so believe the hotel had taken note of previous feedback on poor selection. Nasi lemak, porridge, noodles, a western brunch, all available. They even had chia seeds, so very impressed. There’s also a welcome drink with blue pea flower and that was great for all minor ailments, like drinking too much coffee or not drinking enough water.

Everything was good! It’s a building on its own, ample parking space, fascinating architecture, and very warm welcome. Check in was smooth, no hassle. Pathways leading to the room was very interesting too. Interiors of the room was very well thought, minimalist but adequate for a comfortable stay. Big beds, enough chairs, shelves, and table. Huge mirror, great water pressure, clean toilets. Location was strategic too, Grab easily available.

During my stay they were having sewerage issue hence there was a bad odour in the toilet. They rectified the problem the next day. Location wise…a bit far from main attractions

Nothing except the breakfast counter is too high.. I have difficulty taking the dishes, need to be very careful..

Everything is candy to my eyes.. especially the industrial concept as its interior designs, from the front building, lobby, receptionist counter, bedroom, dining area, even the lift area also had great design.. I really love it..! Staff are so friendly and always smiling.. thumbs up..! Breakfast could be more variety.. the nasi lemak is really good.. must try..!

Location was excellent. Less than 10 min drive to Jonkers St. Design of hotel was really nice. Pleasantly surprised by the thought that went into it. Room was spacious, clean and very comfy. Ambience was great and surprisingly very cosy. And it was quiet. Surprised by the pretty good selection for breakfast (very good nasi lemak). Parking on site so that was a plus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Look forward to coming back.
