1. the room's water shower was bad..and the water heater pump was spoilt. the water flow so slow..and we cannot have a good bath. 2. i did complaint to front office and they sent their maintenance guy to check it. He confirmed that the water heater pump was spoilt! they cannot do anything.. 3. when check out, the staff only say sorry but did not try to 'make_up or compensate to us. 4. the wall between another room is thin and can hear clearly from the other side. hence, with the price of rm 220++ per night, it is considered too pricy and not up to the value provided.

The resort is very very rundown. The receptionist didn’t speak English and was a bit rude about dealing with us.

The property is huge but deserted! The setting (including beach and pool) is nice but overall the resort is very rundown.

Breakfast choice is very limited and the bad thing is our room air conditioner is malfunction. As much as we try to bear with it, it is not tolerable since the weather is hot(beach). And since we only spent 1 night there and well aware that no room available, we just cope with it.

Location next to the beach, facilities is good, staff is friendly, room is spacious. Room facing the pool is a bonus!

The resort facilities need to be improved as they are dilapidated and aged. The aircond not so cold, water pressure at shower is low, wifi is super slow.

The beach is beautiful but can be made cleaner. The location of this resort is good as it located nearby to town with many food stalls and grocery nearby.

1. I was given a chalet with poor basic facilities. It was not maintained! 2. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd (getting it after so much argument).have toilet bowls with faulty water pump . 3. The bedsheets and pillows should be changed. They're not in good condition.

My room at 3rd level, no lift provided at the hotel. Not suitable for old folks and disable person stay there. The parking also not so many.

Breakfast very basic and manager in charge super grumpy! Buffet they charge extra for eggs (6 ringett per egg). Also resort rooms bit run down, ACs not working properly and very old towels.

The garden, the dining room and the mini recreational areas are dilapitated. The resort needs upgrades in some areas like dining table in the cafeteria, flower pots seems to be neglected. Perhaps due to long MCO period, the resort is not well maintained.

Couldnt get wifi connection & old room design. Price doesnt match the accomodation experience. Kampung stay but with KL prices. Food is barely passable as difficult to find near to the hotel location. Reports of a Madman running around with a stick at the beach behind the hotel & area unusable at night as no torches used. Missed opportunity for hotel to use beach as seafood/bbq area to attract customers. Gym & games area has been abandoned & cannot be used anymore.

The staffs are very accommodating & quick call to action because this place is far from other developments & barely any customers. A good family activity area behind the hotel leading up to a beach but unusable at night. Small nearby pool for all rooms. The police is responsive to this area 👍
